Wonderful boutique hotel in the Latin quarter, short walk to Notre Dame. Well connected by 2 metro stations, Juisse and Cardinal Limoine. Close to RER St Michael Notre Dame. Large comfortable bed in a fresh stylish room, really characteristic with large windows with juliet style balconies. Shower was incredible, large rainfall style rose shower head. Lots of hot water at high pressure, absolutely great ! Breakfast was superb, choice of pastries, crepes, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee and a hot selection of eggs, bacon. My daughter loved the hotel pet cats which were very friendly. You can hear a faint rumble when the metro passes but this isn't loud and did not disturb us at all. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Excellent hotel, I don't have a bad word to say about it. Totally recommend 👌 Great pizza restaurant round the corner called bon vivant. Totally recommend there too.

Amazing hotel and staff! Couldn’t recommend more, hotel was very clean and perfectly located. Very close to a metro station. The staff could not do enough for you, we had an issue with the hair dryer in our room asked reception for help, and within 10 minutes it was sorted out. Breakfast was very good, fresh pastries, juice and fruit were available along with a variety of other food. However the only hot item was scrambled egg, so if you’re looking for a full English style breakfast this wasn’t available. 10/10, can’t fault anything about this place and would happily stay there again if I was visiting Paris!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Vendome. We stayed a night on the way to Strasbourg and a night on the way back. The first room was rather small but clean and comfortable. The second was larger and had a great wet room-style bathroom. It is near a metro station and there is some noise from the metro system, but we wear earplugs at night, so that was OK. The staff were friendly and helpful. The second time I had to visit the local A and E because of an infected mosquito bite and the young woman on reception was very attentive and helpful, giving me the address of the local A and E department, which is only fifteen minutes walk away. We were in and out in an hour and a quarter with a prescription for antibiotics! As a vegan, I think there could be some more breakfast options, considering that it's a three-star hotel. However, perhaps they haven't been asked, so hopefully the manager will read this. They did have almond and soya milk, but no oat milk, which is great in coffee. I realise that plant milks sometimes get wasted though because not many people choose them, so I understand and don't want to add to food waste. It would have been nice to have a plant-based butter alternative for the bread though. It's a choice for me, but some people can't eat dairy products for health reasons, such as coeliac disease. The free coffee in the reception area is a nice touch, as is the carafe of water in the rooms.

Cute personal hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. A very comfortable bed. Slight noise from the underground trains so wear earplugs if noise sensitive. Smart modern bathroom and amenities. Great bars and restaurants nearby. Just right for a few days in Paris.

The rooms are small but in good state, not 100% clean but still acceptable. Staff is nice and it would be A really good price for quality IF from the room on the 5th floor we would not have been able to feel/hear metros going by .. underground.. quite an issue.. if you have a good sleep, the place is definitely in line with the price and stars..otherwise avoid this place!

The payment processes at this hotel are terrible. I booked online directly with the hotel, which asks for card details as a guarantee - no problem with this, as it’s standard practice. When I checked in, payment was requested, which again is quite normal. However, when I checked my bank a few days later, I found the confirmed payment had gone through fine, but there was an identical amount that was ‘pending’ or ‘on hold’! This meant that the money (several hundred euros) was unavailable to me until the pending transaction dropped off. I don’t know why there was a pending transaction as full payment had already been taken at check in, so this in itself was annoying. However, pending transactions usually drop off after a few days at most, so I waited. A week later it was still there and the money was still unavailable to me. At this point I emailed the hotel to be simply told ‘we haven’t charged you twice, there is no problem’. I emailed back explaining that there was clearly a problem that had nothing to do with my bank, and I didn’t receive a response. I then emailed again asking why there had been no response, only to be told basically the same thing. A few more emails back and forth and a phone call later, I was told ‘Yes this is NORMAL, it will drop off eventually at some point’. In actual fact it took an entire MONTH for this money to be released back to me. This is absolutely outrageous and the blasé attitude of the hotel is difficult to comprehend - they didn’t seem to think it was a problem that, due to their own payment processes, customers could be left for a whole month without access to funds. It was fortunate that I had enough money in my account to deal with this deficit for the month, but if I hadn’t, then the hotel made it clear they would do nothing other than just ‘wait’. Absolutely nowhere is this temporary ‘double charge’ mentioned. From looking at previous reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. I honestly cannot recommend the hotel for this situation alone, even though the hotel itself has a lot going for it - clean, comfortable, great location.

Stayed at this hotel was really nice hotel rooms really nice manager and staff real helpful and nice nothing was too much for them would recommend this hotel if your coming to paris its not far from notradam cathedral metro links not far either book this hotel you won't be disappointed

I really like this hotel: great location, the staff is very kind, rooms are lovely - comfortable, silent, new, modern-design style and very clean - breakfast has a delicious selection! I have stayed in this hotel twice, and will certainly choose it again for my next trips to Paris.

This is a small hotel minutes away from the main streets of the Latin Quarter, Sorbonne, Notre Dame and a Metro station. Hotel is clean, room was nice with a beautiful bathroom. A 10 minute cab ride from Gare d'Lyon. They have a small but efficient breakfast room in the basement and the staff at the hotel is always friendly and professional. Would stay here again.

The room was very tiny. Stains all over the bedding/floor and bathroom tiles were broken. There were ants in the bathroom and the air conditioning system constantly leaked resulting in us getting next to no sleep due to the sound of dripping constantly. Hotel is a good location. Around 15 minute walk to Cathédrale Notre-Dame, and 35 minute walk to The Louvre Museum. About 10 minutes from The Pantheon. We hired electric scooters to get about which was easy, and took approx 25 mins on an electric scooter to get to Eiffel Tower.

The place is a dump. Damaged walls and equipment, stained carpet, stained sheet (with hairs on them). Many things in the room don't work. Disgusting breakfast, and nasty staff attitude. Their booking system will hold funds against your credit card, even after you've paid for the room in full, even though their website says they won't do this. Then they will accuse you of lying if you dare to ask them about this.

Fabulous, boutique-style hotel in central Paris located in the Latin Quarter. Clean, modern & quiet rooms with a great breakfast & friendly, helpful staff. Special recognition to Winifred (Winnie) for assisting us during our booking & with our check out.

Accueil chaleureux. Chambre impeccable et literie au top ! Rien ne manque. Salle de bain très propre. Emplacement calme à proximité du métro. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. N’hésitez pas une seconde ! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !
