Wonderful service, great experience! Staffs were so helpful and polite, check in process was pretty quick and smooth. Welcome drink provided by the hotel, bar/cafe ambience so nice, comfortable and chill, breakfast was great! I requested for a cup, coffee and mini sandwiches delivered to our room and they get it done so on time! Thanks and I appreciated that. Most importantly, the location so perfect, close to the airport (only 10min by car) as we had early morning flight to catch. Well, it’s a good hotel just for a night stay.

I stayed here for a night with my girlfriend. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was clean and delicious. I definitely want to visit this hotel again next time I have the chance. The staff were so friendly that I gave them ice cream as a gift. I hope my writing will be helpful to many guests.

I have booked this hotel as we have early morning flight and close to the airport, there is small stores and restaurants around, it is clean and comfortable, small fridge available in the room, air-condition, toothbrush in the toilet, soft pillow and clean linens. What I love the most is the Rooftop Bar on the 8th Floor very relaxing ambiance, good choice of music and lovely decors the Staffs who serves us drink is so nice and the Hotel Staffs. Thank you :)

Room waa very clean. Bed was comfortable. Great for one night because we had a flight to catch the next morning. Went to the fish market, the fresh seafood was amazing. Restauranton the 8th floor was beautiful. The pancake sandwich was delicious. Bar manager and waitet could try to smile more. Lady at the frond desk was so polite and offered suggestions for things to do.SM mall is a grab ride away 169p

The Nichols Airport Hotel is my #1 accommodation in Metro Manila. I've been coming here since 2016 and I love everything about it; the people, the location, the amenities, the services and the renovated rooftop bar that they've constructed. I've been to 118 countries and lived in 4 of them (including Philippines) and I'm a professional traveler. This is a wonderful place that everyone who travels to Manila should stay at. -Jeff

staff are accommodating, the driver who picked us up on airport was really good and was patiently waiting at the airport. The roof bar was cossy and the staff are all nice. needs improvement with the adobo (sorry this is my favorite dish thats why..) but all of the foods was good and pleasantly prepares :)

Perfect for short layovers, they offer a shuttle service going to airport. Clean, helpful staff, spacious room.

Hotel location about 10 mins from Airport. Higy recommended to stay if you want to catch early morning flight so that you can rest.

It's a pretty basic hotel with dated furniture.bed has seen alot of traffic,it is very small with rock hard mattress. Just stayed the one night for connecting flight next day.there is a kettle but no cups.no safe, The entrance door to the room the lock was stuck so could not lock fully just had to use the chain.fridge plugged out so plug in when u get into room.didnt use restaurant just got grab.staff very helpful and friendly.shuttle to airport 2 people was 350 pesos.

Booked an overnite stay again for my family but this time i was disappointed that we were given a room with only a queen bed for a family of three. I believed that even you checked-in late nite from a delayed flights, there is a room waiting for you whether you showed up late or not. But to my surprised, we were treated with a cold shoulder from the staff. My wife can’t setttle but pissed me off for non stop complaining at the front desk. Tired and want to rest from week island hopping, all i want is to have hot shower and sleep. No worries, i still like to come back to your hotel inspite of that experience. Hoping for the best service next time.

Receptionist was friendly infact as I wasnt able to get my flight so I booked this hotel. There check-in time was only 3:00PM but they allow me upon arrival. Hotel was simple and clean. But noisy as it was at side of main road. Rest hotel was good enough for me. Good for night stay.

Nice hotel..near airport..provide airport shuttle with 350peso/way..smooth check in and out..recommended for transit

The room is okay. Just a basic hotel room near airport. But do alert there is no free airport shuttle to the hotel. You can take grab taxi from the airport for 400 peso. From the hotel you can go to mall of asia for a short tour during transit
