The service from the hotel staff was excellent. The shuttle service from and to the hotel is available from Osaka station.

Neat and clean room, quiet surrounding, friendly service, hot spring on 16/F is very good to relax after whole day of sight seeing.

The location is far away the main station, even there is a station which is not the main route, but near the hotel. This hotel is suitable for some business rather than travel. The subtle bus is very helpful. At last, I still recommend this hotel for businessman

This is my 2nd time stayed here. Everything matched what I need, comfortable room, frequent shuttle bus to osaka station, the lounge and spa. Especially, the front desk lady was very helpful and good in english communication. If I have plan to visit Osaka again, I will definitely choose to stay here.

I stayed here for 5 nights. I had a good time staying and walking around the hotel which is near by the river. If having a chance to come back to Osaka, I would definitely stay here again. Staff: Very professional, nice and polite. Water: 2 Aluminum bottles of water were provided in the room everyday. Bathroom: Perfect in the sense that the shower area is separated from the bathtub. Amenities: Not provided in the room, yet available on the ground floor in front of the elevators. Location: A bit far from the shopping area, however the hotel shuttle bus is provided according to the time table back and forth. For the subway there are 2 line walk about 10-15 minutes. The nearest convenient store is 5 minutes away. My room was at the end of the hallway which I thought was good. However the next morning I found out that it was close to the housekeeping room, so I unavoidably heard the noise every morning. Especially on the last day I there's something in front of my room, so I was woken up by 6 persons at least, technicians,talking in front of the room.

Spoken English at the front desk very poor and late check out policy really unfavorable if needed after 3PM

Although we are working to improve the language skills of our staff, we are disappointed that we have not yet reached this point. We are relying on machines to fill in the gaps, but we will continue to work on this issue. Late check-out is subject to our cleaning schedule. Our cleaning time ends at 2pm. For this reason, cleaning cannot be done after 2pm. Therefore, late check-out after 2pm will incur an additional night's charge. Thank you for your understanding. The service is awesome. Sadly there is no amenities for kids.Breakfast is tasty especially the seaweed. My son really love it.Bathtub is very very clean. Shampoo & body shampoo from Mikimoto,the smell is sooooo good.

The hotel is conveniently situated 7 mins walk from either the blue or the red line. The checkin and checkout process is very smooth. Staff is friendly and communicate in English.

Booked 3 nights in 2 bookings. I was requested to check out from the room after 1st booking. And check in again. This is not acceptable

I requested a room away from lifts with view, but I got a room close to lifts with no view.
