Naha west inn was a good place to stay in Naha. Appartment contain everything you need to stay for long time What should be improved: 1. Not all staff is polite and friendly (But most are very respectful and mind.) Someone didnt say even hello and goodbye when we checked inn and out. Icomparing.to.other place in Japan that was unrespectful 2. More wardrobes for belongings couod be great 3. 1 bottle of water could be cool when arrive lately 4. More diversity in breakfast food could be great

All hotel staff are very helpful. Two connecting rooms are arranged for our family. The hotel is located within walking distance of the monorail station, which takes about 8-10 minutes. The room is clean and spacious. There is washing machine in the room, which is the most helpful for our 6-night stay. The room is also equipped with a pantry. You could rent cookware from the hotel.

A very nice n clean hotel, close to skytrain station and restaurants around the area… breakfast provided but u don’t need to order it for your kids bc the portion is big.

Both bathroom and toilet are with step which is inconvenient and dangerous.a

I stayed 5 days in a Queen room and 4 days in this big twin room with a washing machine and mini kitchen. The bathroom is smaller than in the comfort queen room but still okay, the room size and washing machine is a big bonus. The hotel is near monorail and easy to reach almost any place. There’s free soft drinks and coffee any time in the lobby.

Not so fare from Monorail Station, good japanese Breakfirst, nice people reception, big room

this hotel is relatively far from city centre, but we are driving there, thats just 10 mins drive. However it is sad that their parking is full when we check in, we have to figure out how to use parking ourselves.

The stay was pleasant for a group of 3. The location is convenient to get to the bus stops with a convenient store just opposite. The shower room was a little small but manageable. Overall a comfortable stay!

Easy and comfy stay near the centre of Naha. Stayed for one night, after my other hotel was booked up, so this was more just to rest my head than anything else, but free coffee and drinks in the lobby were a plus. Room pretty standard Japanese hotel room for the price. Got a window; was clean; did not smell of smoke. Free washing as well!

Nice hotel, but you have to choose rooms in bew building - old one is quite cold at winter season. Rooms were well designed in some kind of loft-concrete style,, has a balcony, bathroom is small but very ergonomical, toilet separated and good too. Breakfast served by sets. There is only five options, its poor choice - but enough for me. Everything is tasty. Hotel offers free coffee and drinks in lobby, its convenient. Clean. Super staff. Free laundry. All amenities needed.

Situated within a short walking distance from both the bus station and monorail, getting around the city was a breeze. Additionally, the famous tourist shopping street, Kokusai-dori, was just a 20-minute walk away. The room was tidy and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, there was a slight issue with an odor of water in either the sink or toilet in my room, which was a bit of a downside. Although the hotel offers parking for an additional JYP 1,100 fee, it's worth noting for travelers with vehicles. We opted not to take advantage of the hotel breakfast, as there was a convenient 7-11 just opposite the hotel. Overall, Naha West Inn Okinawa provides a convenient and comfortable stay for travelers exploring the vibrant city of Naha, despite a minor odor issue in some rooms.
