The stone fireplace is the focal point of the room and adds a romantic and cozy touch, keeping you warm on winter nights when it’s piled up with snow. Curl up with a good book or watch a movie on the large TV, or spend the night talking! The dining area is unique and stylish, with benches along the wall under the window, perfect for a romantic dinner with lovely views. The kitchen is a lovely bright space, with vintage details on the cupboards and knotted wood cupboards, complemented by stainless steel appliances. The bedroom features a queen bed, bright white, shiplap walls and plenty of storage space giving it a cozy, cabin feel. In this room, you’re sure to have a great night’s sleep so you can wake up refreshed and ready to enjoy all the recreation in the area. The bathroom is a bright, spacious, four-piece bathroom. Outside, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds you. The peace and quiet of the area makes it the perfect place to soak away the evening in the hot tub, enjoy the sunset and to relax after a long day of adventuring. Maximum Occupancy: 2 Designated Car Parking Spots: 1 Maximum 2 pets allowed and $65/pet fee must be paid before check-in. LOCATION/ AMENITIES Located between Kings Beach and Crystal Bay, our Treehouse is in an ideal location on Lake Tahoe. In the summer, it's just a five-minute drive away from the beach, and golfing at Brockway Golf Course is just around the corner. The Brockway Golf Course is known for its stunning views of Lake Tahoe, as well as its challenging layout that caters to golfers of all skill levels. There are also hiking and mountain biking trails nearby, such as the Tahoe Rim Trail and Stateline Fire Lookout, which offers panoramic views of the lake. In the winter, you're just a short distance away from North Lake Tahoe and Northstar for skiing, snowboarding and alpine recreation. Treehouse Tahoe Cabin is also just a short distance to the Cal-Neva and Crystal Bay Casinos, along with local shops and restaurants. After a day of fun, return to this family-friendly home where you will find everything you need to relax and entertain and plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Your Tahoe adventure starts here! Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. However, there are fans located in every room. Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. If you are renting this home from November through March, please remember that there may be winter driving conditions, and a 4-wheel drive with all-terrain tires or snow chains for your 2-wheel drive tires might be necessary for safe travel. Even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days, side roads can still be icy and have snow on them. Please also be aware of long travel times and pass closures due to winter weather conditions. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2.
