We traveled to Meizhou from Shezhen.
Being from Australia with limited communication we struggled to get a DiDi not realising we were in the wrong town wanting a long trip.
We contacted White Swan hoping they could help us get transport. The lovely ladies Alice and Anna made every attempt to get us a DiDi so late at night and they had a friend who was able to get us from the train station.
Once he was at Meizhou train station and couldn’t locate us. Alice suggested we share location on WeChat. it was then that we all realised we were in the wrong town.
We had accidentally got off the train at the station before Meizhou, Xingningcun
Alice & Anna were so kind and offered to help find us accommodation for the night as it was already midnight.
We didn’t really want to because it will interfere with our schedule but there were no more trains. The ladies understood and
said they could ask her DiDi driver friend but no guarantee as he had finished work for the night.
She asked if he would be willing to travel the 1.5 hours to Xingning South Railway station at 1am to come get us.
Which would actually have him driving for 3 hours for us.
It was a late night but we are so grateful that they tried so hard to communicate with us and make us feel safe and cared for. He was wonderful and because of his kindness we reached out to him many times during our stay. The staff especially Anna and Alice were amazing. Thank you for making our first visit to China a memorable experience.
The rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable.

Because of the 2024 experience, we have chosen to stay at White Swan Guest House. They continue to go above and beyond, and it was great to reconnect with Alice again."

Overall is a good hotel to stay."

服務：服務也特別暖心，前台小姐姐説話温柔，辦理入住超快。
衞生：衞生做得超到位，房間裏一塵不染，床單被罩摸起來乾爽無異味，衞生間角落也沒污漬，住着特別放心。
房間設施：2025年翻新的，設施很齊全，全屋智能家居，WiFi信號滿格不卡頓，洗漱用品也夠用。
整體體驗感拉滿，下次來還選這兒！

GGæstebrugerL'hotel e' molto bello e curato nella scelta dei materiali utilizzati e la distribuzione degli spazi. E' interessante che sia stato incluso il vecchio edificio preesistente nella ristrutturazione. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Colazione molto buona, peccato Che non ci fosse il caffe'.
La ragazza alla reception e' stata molto gentile e ci ha aiutato per capire come arrivare alla tappa successive del nostro viaggio.
