Good hotel with excellent facilities

Clean, breakfast amazing and great staff ❤️

We were therw when the fog are super thick , so can’t really see how the location was . But the hotel amenities and the food are really good . Room are spacious for families . Breakfast can be better

good service with nice, clear bed rooms. The lift is okay once you're used to it.

Its worth for the money. The rooms are with modern and gives you a feeling of being in Milan. The location is good but a bit far from the central city area. The breakfast was amazing. The room service isn’t good as you need to call multiple times to get every task done.

HOTEL ESTERNAMENTE SONTUOSO MA SOSTANZA POCA Aria condizionata inesistente o comunque presente solo alla reception. Abbiamo chiesto più volte di attivarla alla 910 ma il tecnico ci ha riferito che non era possibile sistemarla. Ci hanno spostato alla 1805 ma lo stesso problema. ai piani, nelle camere e nei corridoi eravamo chiusi ermeticamente perché impossibile aprire le finestre considerato che si tratta di piani alti. Alla fine uscendo dall'ascensore al piano terra, in reception, una boccata d'ossigeno con aria condizionata funzionante. Quindi sono loro a togliere l'aria ai piani ed a tenersela per loro, così loro stanno bene, risparmiano sulla pelle dei clienti e guadagnano di più. Docce moderne e scomode, senza porta e dento la stessa stanza da letto proprio accanto al letto ma con vetri opacizzati, sicuramente perfette per una coppia romantica ma non per due amici o fratelli che dormono nella stessa stanza.... Hotel bello esternamente, esperienza traumatica!
