The facilities are old and it’s clean but not spotless, so u may need to wipe ur table and switch if u mind the dust. The air condition is really cold and blanket is not really thick which makes me freezing overnight, thank god I got my bf to warm me. The towels are not recommended to use cuz it looks dirty and used before. The floor is a bit sticky but acceptable, wish next time can provide a slipper. The area is not noisy during our staying and the water dispenser is working but not produce hot water. There’s a pharmacy downstairs so it’s convenient to buy smt u need, oso 7-11 and a burger stall nearby. In conclusion, u get what u paid for.

The water pressure is very slow, please fix it, I had to take a shower using a bucket, the room is quite small, difficult for Muslims to pray.. the room is clean, the service is very friendly.

PRICE It was good enough, looking at it state😏.Just wondering when I was booking it says including tax, and a 4RM paid upon check in, we were asked 6RM.Ideal for long term guests that bear with the cigarette smell and untidy toilet even though it says NO SMOKING in the room but it still smells. LOCATION: There are a lot of restaurants nearby, 7/11, also a pharmacy. It is a bit far from the tourist attractions (not walking distance). If you walk it might take 30-45 mins. We took the F100 bus from Melaka Sentral to Pasir Mutiara. CHECK -IN It was a challenge for us since we don't have a local sim card for data.(We've been travelling and we eradicate buying sim in every country).It would be better upon booking information on how to get the key or notice that it's a self-check in. The hotel could even just share the Wi-Fi password upon booking for the convenience of the guests. We asked for help from the nearby pharmacy who kindly let it connect to their Wi-Fi so we can contact the owner/staff of the hotel. We were given the room on the 3rd floor "NO LIFT" imagine if you had luggage. We tried to ask for a lower level rooms but the owner/staff said it was full. "WE DOUBT"🤔. THE ROOM As we open the room there is a strong smell of cigarettes inside .We inform the incharge via WhatsApp but we just got a response that it might be from outside. Hilarious! The state of the room and its ceiling is brown in colour, a previous guest has been smoking inside the smoke detector which was useless. There was a glass, a half empty shower gel and a "USED" toilet paper. THE BED Blankets, bed covers and pillow cases were not clean.It's smelly and dirty with hair strands perhaps from previous guests. THE TOILET It was dirty. There were hair strands and phlegm. We are certain that it has NEVER been cleaned. It is small the shower pressure was OK and the water heater. The flush was terrible, you'll press a million times to flush away! SLEEP EXPERIENCE We were coughing the whole night because of the cigarette smell.We have to turn on the exhaust all night, even if it's ON it was still strong.We booked for 2 nights but opted to stay 1 night and check out the next day.

I'm satisfied with the accommodation.

This is a lowest budget hotel in Melaka, simple but tidy. However no kettle, no TV and the cleanliness of bathroom could have been better. The self check-in process requires verification and a deposit of RM50+ 2 via Whatsapp. Roadside parking available. Overall it was up to my expectation and had a pleasant stay!

Nice place to stay if you plan to stay for multiple days ,all comfy and overall satisfying
