Der er ingen bagageudbringning. Det er et gammelt hotel, og der er problemer med elevatoren. Den generelle følelse er gennemsnitlig. Det anbefales ikke. Den generelle servicebevidsthed er okay.

Hotellets miljø og faciliteter er ret gode. Der var dog et problem med et par tjenere i receptionen. De blev bedt om at hjælpe med at bestille en bil til Det Røde Hav. Prisen var høj og bilen var i dårlig stand Nøglepunktet er, at hotellet ikke har en bilreservationsservice (Ctrip kundeservice hjalp med at bekræfte)! Men her skal jeg rose Ctrip, efter jeg har klaget, har kundeservicen hjulpet med at følge op og søgt om en vis erstatning!

The hotel has a really nice location with a beautiful river view, which we truly enjoyed. The breakfast was also very good and satisfying. However, we found that the staff was not very helpful when it came to cleaning up the tables during breakfast, and the room was a bit noisy due to outside traffic, which affected our sleep. At reception, the personnel provided good service and quality assistance. One issue we encountered was during the booking process through Trip.com: we reserved a double bed room expecting it to accommodate two people, but upon arrival, we were informed that the double bed room was only for one person. We had to pay an additional charge to stay as two guests, which was unexpected and could have been clarified earlier. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but clearer communication about room occupancy policies and soundproofing improvements would enhance the experience.

Great location, but the infrastructure is a little bit old. Internet was not stable at all. Great breakfast. Overall fair

Fantastic location just 10 minutes walking distance from Luxor temple. The hotel has beautiful gardens that lead down to the Nile. Choose a Nile view room and you can see across to the Valley of the Kings and the balloon flights early each morning. Excellent service especially from Semon and the reception staff. Good choice at breakfast and 3 restaurants. The outdoor pool is on a pontoon floating on the Nile. All in all excellent.

The hotel is just next to the Nile River which we can directly see the view with hot air balloon in the morning from the balcony. We were staying in the hotel on Christmas Day. It was sweet that the hotel prepared a Christmas gift for us. The location of hotel is good that we can walk to the bazar easily.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location. It has a swimming pool on the river Nile.

The breakfast is good and has the Nile view and swimming pool! The staff is friendly but the rooms are very outdated and the carpet is quite dirty… the decoration is old and you can see the dirty on the walls… we’ve asked late check out and they refused… that point could be improved. I wouldn’t stay there again… if you want a cheap hotel and don’t care about the cleaness might be ok

Location of the hotel in the city centre and next to Nile river. Breakfast buffet superb. We joined for felucca dinner from hotel with USD 25 per pax and sunset cruise at Nile River. Great Stay. From hotel restaurant can see morning hot balloons take off from west bank.

Decent stay, but it is overpriced for what you get. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet, but the rooms can be very noisy depending on which side of the building you're assigned. Excessive noise seems to be the norm in Egypt.

I personally quite like this hotel for its great location near River Nile and the yummy breakfast. The service is quite good and I would highly recommend if you are seeking for a nice hotel.

The hotel has great gardens, restaurants and a pool that overlook the river. These amenities are well maintained and give the hotel glamour. They are unbeatable. Should I say, if the outside grounds was like the inside the hotel this will be the best hotel in Luxor. Unfortunately the rooms needs some updating. On the other hand, the restaurant staff is super serviceable. Taking everything into account this hotel is excellently priced. I would return to enjoy the river from the lovely gardens.

All was fine until the last day before the departure which the restaurant staff mentioned that the bill cannot post into the room due to the system error. The staff not really helpful except one bellman ( cannot remember his name, tall and slim)

I arrived at 10pm and check in process was very frustrating. First time I got the room card, it wasn’t activated, so had to walk back to the reception. Then I had to do another 2 walks to reception as they kept giving me a twin room instead of the double bed room I have booked and paid for. Bed mattresses needs replacing as it has two lower parts within it, never seen that in the 4 star hotel. On the positive side the breakfast was the best I had in Egypt hotel. Nice swimming pool and amenities.
