I had a day to layover. I needed a room to rest before I head home. Pleased with their service and cleanliness. I requested for the toilet kit since it was not provided in the room. Amazed by the coffee maker; coffee bags from. by Coffee & Tea Leave. Gotten a relatively high floor at the corner to view the sunrise and the airport taxiway. Happy to see how the planes were taking off with the noise from a distance. Reception was kind to extend one hour for me to check out. 🙂

Everything was great. I asked if the rooms had a refrigerator, and they said they'll bring one right up. I was here for a restful night's sleep before going to Sydney Australia. They accommodated me with a late checkout. The hotel had some quiet rooftop gardens I could hang out and wait for my evening's light. I would definitely stay again

I am a restaurant manager with my own restaurant in Manhattan, NY. I like LA very much because I am a Laker fan and I love this city. But the breakfast restaurant in this hotel makes me feel discriminated against for the first time in America for so many years. Maybe I am an Asian face? ? ? ? ? I don't know. From the time I sat down to eat to the end, there were only a few tables of guests at 7 o'clock in the morning, and no one served me coffee or tea, not even a greeting from the waiter! ! ! Don't their wages come from the service charge of each table of guests? ? ?don't take me wrong. I just cannot understand how they can doing this kind of job. What makes me feel worse is that they will ask me what the nearby guests need to drink. Listen.

It was the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at. First, the bottom of bottom of the bathtub was peeled off and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe for my feet. The shampoo conditioner were terrible. They definitely damaged my hair. Buttons of some elevators did not work. The room was just a bigger version of cheaper hotels. It was nice to see planes, but it was very loud when the flights were taking off. They need to use better walls and windows for the noise. I know they didn’t tell me to pay a lot. It was cheap, but it is still Hilton hotel. I was disappointed.

I have stayed at LAX Hilton several times when flying in & out of LAX. Very convenient to airport with a shuttle running regularly. Hotel offers easy digital check in & check out with the option to choose your own room. So fast & convenient.

Perfect for a quick overnight trip. We stayed here as we had one night in LA before a very early morning flight and their round the clock counter staff made this super easy. All staff were so kind and helpful. Reccomend

Generally good experience: free frequent shuttle buses to/from LAX, quiet environment. The only annoying thing is that there's a strong smell in my room. However recommend for those who are transferring or coming for events at SoFi Stadium/Intuit Dome/Kia Forum.

Honestly speaking, this is a Hilton and the name brand was what we booked for. But this hotel really felt low standard and had terrible amenities and service. No fridge or microwave and the room is not only small but musty. The rooms themselves are outdated, only the lobby seems newer and renovated. The front desk also refused to give us water because of our rewards tier, but when we went to a different receptionist later they said we could receive water regardless of tier. I mean what is that about. Very unprofessional.

This hotel is located not far from LAX airport. Suttle busses go every half hour. The receptionist was super nice.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and I appreciated how quickly they handled check-in and any requests. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you need a hotel close to the airport with good service.

The room is dated and requires some work. The bathroom door is very old and hard to close. Parking is rather expensive; self parking is USD53 per night and valet parking is USD63 per night. For us, breakfast is included. However, the selection is limited. If you don't have a breakfast voucher, it's USD36per person. I will give other hotels a try the next time I come back to LA.

This time they gave us a poolside room as an upgrade for the previous disaster room a week earlier. This was much larger and everything worked except exhaust fan in the bathroom. Not a bad hotel but no longer our first choice after many years there.
