I transitted via London and were stay 3 days 2 nights. I choose Waterbay Inn because it offers economy price and fit to my needs. I need 4 beds in a room. They had it. Their facilities are not grand but they are tiny, clean. Their inn located Underground ststion nearby. Friends and I are satisfied.

It is unfortunate that I had a terrible room next to a broken lift and the staff service entrance. The noise was awful. The room is in need of some paint and maintenance. LG106... Oh and the shower has a mind of its own and only luke warm. And I still have not received my deposit back after 5-days of checking out. Other than that staff are great, the facilities are not that bad and the location is ideal.

The room was underground, very little . The bed was orribile. I found the sheets torn and the floor dirty I will never been here. I trusted in ctrip valuation but is absolutely wrong.

Clean. Good location. Very good value for money.

The room was mighty hot and the staff understood wrong and did not clean my room at all, I told them to not need to care about towels but please do other things. Above all, the every staff were not responsible of what I asked but just saying ok. The manager was the only one who was professional. Other India staff were very unprofessional.

Great location for all the attractions and cheap eats in nearby Kilburn. The hotel was comfortable, and the room size reflects the price.

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. The lifts were small but clean. The room was a compact double room, but had everything i needed. The walls had clearly been cleaned with a cloth but needed repainting. The bathroom was clean, however the shower fitting was loose. the view from the room over the park was nice. Room just needed a bit of a refresh.

We arrived at the hotel to be told there was no water at 4pm. We were unable to freshen up after a long journey and unable to use basic amenities such as the toilet. With 2 children this was difficult. We went straight out to make the most of our holiday. We returned at 11pm to be told the water was still not on. We would have water in the hour. The water did eventually come on, however we had no hot water for 3 days! We would have liked some honesty to be able to request a refund at this stage and find an alternative accomodation. Instead we were told...hot water would be an hour on several occasions. We were unable to shower for our whole stay to be offered only 20 per cent refund! This is simply not acceptable! I await a response from the manager in hope this refund can be increased as no toilet and water are essential! The room was also not cleaned to an appropriate standard sadly However the location was great! Only positive im afraid

The exterior of the hotel is good and presentable, The facilities are very poor. The room smells cigarettes although it was illegal to smoke. The breakfast is pricey but that is London for you.

Very average and you get what you pay for but great location
