Amazing Hostel! Great vibes! Amazing rooftop with a heated pool, so don't forget to bring your swimming suit!! The views of the river and ships is great! Great location, easy to walk to and bus stops nearby. BBQ and Karaoke at night were a great way to start the night!

The pub crawl with rui was very enjoyable. He is very knowledgable and helped us navigate the city. He also guided us and informed us on some monuments during the evening. The karaoke night was also very humorous and the staff was always very helpful.

I don’t even know where to start with how frustrating my experience with Sunset Destination Hostel has been. I made a booking and immediately reached out multiple times via email for assistance. Days went by without any response. I thought maybe they were just busy, so I tried calling – many, many times. Guess what? Nobody picked up! Finally, after all my attempts, I managed to get someone on the phone, only to be greeted by an unprepared receptionist who flat-out told me he couldn’t help with anything, including canceling my reservation. So, what exactly are the contact details on their website for? Why even have a reception if they can’t assist with basic requests like cancellations? I’ve never experienced anything like this in the hospitality industry. When I asked to speak with a manager, the receptionist told me he was alone, and there was no manager on-site. This is unbelievably risky, especially in case of emergencies like a fire evacuation. The lack of a manager is a huge red flag for safety, let alone customer service. The lack of communication, the complete lack of assistance, and the overall disregard for customer service is absolutely mind-blowing. It’s not just frustrating, it’s unbelievable. I highly recommend you DO NOT BOTHER booking with this place. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else.

Good: - Staff was helpful and friendly - Terrasse was great - Bed was confortable for what it was - Paid activities on site are usually worth it Bad: - Shower spaces and bathrooms are cramped - Drape attached to bed for your privacy could be a bit sturdier. It fell 2 times while I wanted to move it a bit - Pub crawl activity was ok but I think the selection of bars should be way better - I feel like the place could use a bit of renovation. The decor is not bad but a lot of the furniture should be replaced.

Great location, good service and staff, and the rooftop was insane! Had a great 6 night stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a central location with rooftop pool in Lisbon. From the location, you can walk to the water, Bairro Alto, the tram and old town.
