Service by the team was superb! They were helpful and would respond almost immediately when we texted them. Place was beautiful and clean as well!

This was our first stay in Yunnan, and we didn’t expect there to be no lift — we were placed on the 4th floor, and with Lijiang’s high elevation, the climb was no joke. Thankfully, the staff helped carry our luggage up, which we really appreciated! The room was generally clean, though the bathtub and parts of the wall showed some wear with peeling paint. On the bright side, the location is pretty central and easy to reach by Didi, and their rooftop coffee bar has a lovely view. All in all, it was still a pleasant stay.

100/10 for the staff service, very friendly and helpful. The hotel located opposite the ancient town. We booked a tour around Lijiang from them and we had a great time. The room is clean and comfortable, they also provide an afternoon tea at the rooftop bar.

We had an unforgettable stay at Nell Hefengting Hotel, thanks to the outstanding service from Mo Chen. Even before we arrived, he was already assisting us and continued to go above and beyond until the moment we left. The hotel itself is spotless and very well-maintained. Our room was on the fourth floor, accessible by stairs, and it was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Mo Chen even carried our luggage up without hesitation. Anytime we had questions or needed assistance, he didn’t just reply to our messages—he would come up personally to help. His warmth and dedication were truly remarkable. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient. We are from Singapore and were pleased to find that halal food options were available nearby, making it easy for us to enjoy our meals. The hotel is also close to all the main attractions in Lijiang, making it easy to explore the area on foot. After a long walk, we returned to the hotel, and my wife, who wasn’t feeling well, was coughing. Mo Chen noticed and offered to make us Pu’er tea, which was unlimited and such a thoughtful gesture. His service is simply unmatched. Mo Chen made our stay incredibly special, and he is one of our best memories of Lijiang. We would return to this hotel not only for its cleanliness and convenient location but also for the exceptional service he provided. Truly one-of-a-kind!

Cozy and elegant accommodation nearby Lijiang Dayan Old Town. The room are warm and rooftop offers a full view of old town and snow mountain. Staff 邓邓 very friendly and gave many local tips, included nearby attraction and restaurant, also booked Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tour for us, highly recommended.

Only perfect words for my stay. Starting from the staff who gave me a warm welcome, offered me local warm tea, gave me a tour of the hotel, and finally led me to the room. They organised my visits and my small trips, and they were always keen to help me or to answer my questions. The room was very big, very clean, with a big bathtub, and with an amazing view. From the bed, I could see all the main sights of the Old City of Lijiang as the hotel is just a minute's walk from the entrance. There is an amazing terrace where you can see the Snow Mountain, and you can enjoy your coffee or your drink there. It was one of my best stays in China over the last ten years! We had a great experience during our stay! The location offers easy access to everywhere we wanted to go, making it super convenient. The customer service was excellent — they were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us great advice on local day tours. They even helped us book our tickets and tour slots, which made planning so much easier. On top of that, they provided a free pick-up service from the train station, which was a really nice touch. Highly recommend!

I can absolutely recommend this hotel. It's within walking distance to the old town, the staff is a young team and super friendly and also invited me to a complimentary tea ceremony. Despite my poor mandarin skills they answered all my questions with translation apps and were very helpful. Also, the roof on the fourth floor has a great view, especially for sundown. Furthermore, the room itself is spacious, was very clean and new. I felt very at home here due to the people and the accommodation itself. I was also able to wash my clothes and hang them outside to dry, which was very kind. Definitely worth a trip here and Lijiang itself is just beautiful with the mountains, delicious tea and flowers everywhere.

Amazing stay with very friendly staff who gave a lot of suggestions regarding the things to do in Lijiang. Accommodation is stunning too. Ideally located just next to the old city. Highly recommend

I am a foreign guest, this is my first time in China. The hotel owner proactively texted me via Trip 1 day in advance to contact to pick me up at the airport. Everything was very good, the room was very comfortable and clean, she also bought a tour to the snow mountain for me. If I have the chance to come back, I will still choose to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located opposite the Lijiang Ancient Market and a few halal eateries are just few minutes down the road. The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with the 101 queries I had. A lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea, which included a delightful selection of fruits and pastries. This is hands-down the best hotel service I've ever experience.

Nice hotel with a fantastic view of the Lijiang ancient town with yulong mountain. Great location just opposite of the ancient town. Unlimited supply of mineral water and 鲜花饼. Highly recommended! Hotel is clean too. Owner 邓邓 is responsive too
