Location is very close to Monorail and LRT. And near pasar. Breakfast buffet is also good. Their rooftop has a view of Petronas, KL Tower and Merdeka.

Overall a decent stay, but the hotel needs renovation I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman South and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is a bit dated — the rooms clearly show signs of wear and could definitely benefit from renovation. However, the staff were kind and tried their best to provide good service. Every request we made was handled quickly and professionally. I asked for an adapter — they brought it promptly. I also requested an extra blanket since there was only one duvet on a double bed, which was uncomfortable for two people — and they brought it right away. Overall, the service was attentive and helpful. There were a couple of downsides. First, the water takes a long time to heat up, and it runs extremely cold at first. Second, the soundproofing is quite poor — we could clearly hear our neighbors flushing the toilet, running water, and talking. This was a bit disturbing, especially at night. The pool is clean and pleasant, but unfortunately, it only operates from 7 AM to 7 PM — exactly when most guests are out exploring Kuala Lumpur. It would’ve been nice to relax with a swim in the evening, but the pool closes too early. In summary: good staff, decent location, and responsive service, but the hotel really needs renovation, better plumbing, and improved sound insulation. Fine for a short stay if you’re not too picky.

Traveling from India 🇮🇳, I found the stay absolutely worth it—right in the heart of the city! The experience was truly awesome. Hilton never fails when it comes to customer hospitality and exceptional service. Highly recommend

This is my first time staying here. I stay here from 11/6/25 to 12/6/25. The hotel is very nice. However, I have noticed that receptionists require some training to provide better customer service. Around 12:15, a lady called me and began talking rudely about my room check-out. I understand I should leave at 12 p.m. However, one of the receptionists informed me that I could stay in the room until 5 p.m. without incurring late check-out fees. That is the reason I did not go there. So, management, please train your employees. They don't know how to interact with their guests. I believe Hilton Garden Inn is a four-star hotel. 1) Strategically located, with great access to many makan places and shopping centres. 2) Check-in and checkout is swift and hassle-free. Security guard is friendly and helpful. Nice reception personnel Mr Paul and team with great smile. Jockey service was topnotch. Even top management welcome us with personalised messages from Zhi Qin and Aidil. 3) Really like the 25th floor rooftop with clean swimming pool and scenic view of our majestic Twin Tower.

Da location was good but da check in only 2 counter take almost 1 hrs to finish da check in lor :(
