The accommodation has a very convenient location — there is a metro station nearby, as well as large shopping malls such as TRX and Pavilion, which makes getting around the city and shopping especially easy. Check-in went smoothly and quickly. We were met upon arrival and helped to carry our luggage to the apartment, which created a good first impression. Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing, as the condition of the apartment did not meet our expectations. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside, and the cleanliness left much to be desired — there were ants everywhere, the place was rather dirty, and the sofa had cigarette burns. Cooking was also nearly impossible. The kitchen was poorly equipped: there was only one heavily scratched pot and a few plates. Basic essentials such as a frying pan, cutting board, and kitchen knife were completely missing, which caused significant inconvenience.

From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going out of their way to make me feel at home. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a stunning view. The location couldn’t be better—close to shopping mall.
