Hotel Experience: Beautiful but Full of Hassles – Unfortunately, Only 2 Stars At first, I intended to give this hotel 5 stars because the room was clean, the view was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, the following experiences made me reconsider and lower the rating to 2 stars. 1. Unpleasant experience at the pool On both days of our stay, we were disturbed by the security guard when we went to the pool. He claimed our swimwear was “inappropriate,” even though it was normal swimwear. On the second day, he even asked my girlfriend to remove her outer tank top in order to stay at the pool. When I asked for just 15 more minutes to swim, since we were leaving Kuala Lumpur the next day, he only allowed 5 minutes and threatened to call the manager. This kind of treatment made us feel disrespected — which is why I deducted 1 star. 2. Trash disposal issue and late-night disturbance We left a bag of trash outside the room — something we saw other guests do — expecting housekeeping to take care of it. However, at around 10:00 PM, someone started knocking aggressively on our door. The knocking got louder and more intense, making us feel scared as if someone was trying to break in. When I finally opened the door, it was a security guard asking if the trash was ours. I said yes, and he insisted I follow him to another room to dispose of it myself. Even when I offered to take the trash back into the room and deal with it in the morning, he refused. So I had to follow him outside to throw it away — and by then it was already 10:25 PM. We were exhausted and needed rest for an early flight the next day. He later explained that his poor English made it hard to communicate — but that doesn’t justify disturbing guests so late at night. 3. Poor customer service from the front desk What disappointed us the most was how poorly the front desk handled the situation. When the aggressive knocking happened, I tried calling them — no one picked up. I sent a message saying we were scared because the banging was getting louder, but they just replied things like “we’ll send someone up” and asked us to record a video and send it to security — while we were still in fear. Even after more than 10 minutes, there was no concrete action from their side. This lack of support was unacceptable and led me to deduct 2 more stars. In summary: • Pros: Clean room, nice view, front desk helped us keep a pair of glasses we accidentally left behind. • Cons: Inappropriate behavior from the security guard, poor response from the front desk, and disturbing guests late at night. I hope the hotel seriously considers this feedback and improves their service. This is a genuine experience from our stay, and I hope readers take it into consideration before booking.

Apartment studio room, very clean and nice, with stunning view of KL city. The roof top swimming pool looks very nice too. Just about 5-minute walk from Sentral, very convenient location. Really good value for money, highly recommended.

+ The view from thw room is great. The view from the pools is also amazing, especially at night. Have a small nice gym; the room is clean. - the biggest minus is thw elevator. You can spend hours waiting for the elevator. We were about to be late to the airport due to this. There are 53 floors. So imagine how many people. The room is very small, there is no toothbrush, no water. Amd no good restaurant downstairs. Only some indiand bistros with a doubt quality food. We love Indian food so much and we didn't risk to try it. Usually we stay around KLCC, but this times decided to switch to KL sentral, and never again. But the stuff and toom itself is okay. Also bear in mind the pool is open only from 8 to 7p.m

Overall a good stay. It's cosy, new building. Pool and gym is nice. Only drawback is the waiting time for the lift averages around 5-10mins

The room was nice with cooking set and utensils. Very convenient and the receptionist was helpful. We stayed for two nights and overall it was a wonderful experience. The swimming pool and sauna were super nice. We could see the magnificent view there.

Very nice view and easily accessible from KL central! But I afraid there’s not toothbrush .

Very small space. Not the cleanest. The ac vent had so much dust and i was breathing in all of that. There's no proper room service. I asked them for water they said the stock is over and the stock never got refilled. Most hotels give complimentary water or coffee or something really small - they didnt have that. The secutiy guy who was a chinese/malaysian was extremely rude and unwelcoming. He didnt let us go inside and made us wait outside for a very long time. No air conditioning so many of us were waiting outside drenched in sweat. The only good thing i'd say is they allowed me to keep my luggage with them even after check out because i didnt have another hotel to go to. We had to decide last moment due to change in cities. Another good thing is the location. It was cery closw to the monorail and the KL Sentral Bus station.

I really liked the hotel's location — just a two-minute walk from the train station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The complex is well-equipped, with a work zone, a sauna, and a great view of the city. The gym is also good, with excellent equipment. For this price, it's really hard to find anything better. I highly recommend it

We liked our stay here. It was clean and the staff were helpful. There's a swimming pool on the roof which is accessible to those who stay in this hotel. There was everything for cooking in the room, so we could make some pancakes. It includes an amazing view from the window! The only cons are - we didn't have clean towels from the moment we settled in the room, they were brought in a couple of hours later, which seems strange, so probably the staff just forgot to place them; - drinking water is available only from bottle you can buy at the reception.

Perfect location, close to the BTR and the Sentral Train Station public transport communication is perfect. Wonderful views! Terrace and facilities perfect. As negative points are the waiting time for the elevators and the people using the swimming pool with clothes and underwear (t-shirts, jeans, etc) they took the bats with all the clothes from the street, it was uncomfortable and disgusting.

Very good location. Short walking distance to NU Sentral and KL Sentral. Nearby has many Indian restaurants because its Indian majority area. Nice scenary at the top of the apartment.
