Instructions to find the hotel and check in were very clear, staff were very helpful :) The room was as described and the views were really interesting! You have to wait a couple of minutes for the lift to arrive but it’s no big deal!

Overall stay is good. Location is good and walking distance to shops & restaurants. Only pool cannot be utilize as currently under maintenance. In term of accomodation, could improve providing refreshment such as mineral water, tea/coffee instant. In term service counter, the staff in the counter also not greeting and attending when the guest queue and not informing about no complementary parking and what charges for the parking. But overall for short stay i would recommend this apartment and suitable for couple.

Great place for a short stay! I stayed just one night and everything was perfect. The location is excellent – right in the business district next to KL Sentral, with NU Sentral shopping mall and a coworking space just a few minutes away. The KLIA Ekspres train to the airport is very close, which made getting to my flight super easy. The room was clean, everything worked well, and check-in was smooth even though I arrived late at night. Highly recommend, no complaints at all!

Riveria is not a hotel but a homestay or Airbnb with reception services. There are 13 such services provided in this block depending on which provider you booked with. The lobby area has both an indoor and outdoor sitting area. There are 4 lifts for this 53 storey building and it can be a chore to go up or down! The deluxe twin room I booked is a squeeze as very little space in between beds. There is a little kitchenette with electric stove, sink and fridge. Cooking Utensils and crockery are available for 2 persons. Toilet and shower can be a bit bigger especially the shower area. The unique thing is there are 2 showers head and one is cold water and the other is hot! You have to learn how to manage the hot and cold water for your shower! The location is fantastic if you know how to get there by the short cut! It is a tall brown apartment block just behind KL Sentral Hotel. The short cut is to walk through the lane next to the Easy Hotel below the overhead bridge of Nu Sentral Mall, passing a coffee shop and a car park and walk about 100 meters to the Riveria Apartments. Another way is walking less than 100 meters from the Tun Sambanthan Monorail Station. Overall the stay and experience is good and value for your money . Saw lots of people using this accommodation! 👍

First of all, yes, this hotel is relatively cheap. But if you want to experience what it feels like to stay in a room that is basically a nest for biting insects, be forced to change rooms at 2 a.m., deal with extremely rude and unhelpful hotel staff, and walk more than 300 meters just to find a convenience store, then by all means, choose this hotel. Here is my experience: 1. I was bitten by an insect in my room on the very first day. I discovered insects in the room immediately after checking in, and one of them actually bit me. 2. Reporting the problem to the hotel was an absolute nightmare. After I reported it, the hotel actually responded by saying that they “did not intend to consider this situation as me trying to cause trouble.” Just think about how ridiculous that statement is. Instead of taking responsibility for the problem, they confidently told me that every single room in the hotel is thoroughly cleaned and treated for insects. Apparently, according to them, their rooms are so perfectly maintained that insects simply cannot exist there. 3. At 12:30 a.m., hotel staff entered my room to inspect the insects — and actually found a nest. After that, I was left waiting endlessly. Then, at around 1:30 a.m., they suddenly told me that I needed to change rooms. At that point, I was already completely exhausted. I told the hotel staff that I had been extremely tired that day and simply wanted to sleep. Instead of understanding the situation, their customer service staff essentially threatened me by saying that if I refused to change rooms immediately, the hotel would not take any responsibility for any further insect bites. So, after midnight, when I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep, I was forced to pack up my belongings and move to another room because the hotel had failed to provide a room that was actually safe to stay in. 4. And the “new” room was hardly an improvement. The bedsheets and pillows were still stained, and there were live ants crawling on the bed. That was my complete experience at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the most ridiculous and outrageous hotel experiences I have ever had anywhere in the world. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced anything quite this absurd: being bitten by insects, discovering an actual insect nest in the room, being forced to change rooms in the middle of the night, dealing with staff who respond with ridiculous excuses, and then finding stains and live ants in the replacement room. Cheap price does not justify this level of service, cleanliness, or complete lack of responsibility. If this is what this hotel considers acceptable, then I genuinely have nothing more to say.

His was a wonderful place to stay. If I hadn't already booked another location for my return to KL, I'd be coming back here without a second thought. It was so clean, in a wonderful location, and I felt safe and secure the whole time. To my surprise, I actually really liked the two showerheads, one hot and one cold. The cold was refreshing after the KL humidity and the hot mediated the chill. I want this back home now. The bed was firm but comfy. The view was terrific. The location was almost perfect with the monorail leading to Chinatown as the next stop.

I enjoyed how we are livingon the high floor. However, we thought we have a cleaning service for staying for 3 days.

Nice and normal room. It’s clean and just equivalent to the price paid. Great location as it’s near the monorail and kl sentral(walkable for 9mins) but starting to get noisy early in the morning. Only 4 lifts available to use, lobby area are relatively smaller.
