Amazing stay! The service was very good - they contacted me on WhatsApp and explained how to get the keys - we arrived after the operation hours. Location is near embassies, Gleneagles hospital. There's a great restaurant right next to the hotel. Everything was clean, and the complementary tea/coffee was there, alongside with the small refrigerator, cutlery and crockery. Above my expectations for the price paid. Aircon, window view, shower and toilet - just perfect! Highly Recommend

They said you threw garbage in a public area even though I didn't, and they continued to blame me even though they saw from the camera footage that it wasn't me. We were disgraced with our money. They said, is someone else using our key? No! It's just my son and me. Anyway, they slandered me for nothing, if I had not spoken out they would have made me pay 200 rm. İs it your making money policy?

The location is not really far to commute, and it’s near kedai mamak and shop so no need to worry what to eat

Pros- Smooth check-in. Free parking. Spacious unit. Location is near downtown KL. Cons- Dirty linen- obvious stains (shades of blood ?×!$%#??) Disgusting toilet smell (urine smell). Fridge not working causing spoilt food. Mixed review but cons outweighed pros. Terrible experience.

Worst hotel ever,booked on 16 June 2024,want to cancel due to wrong booking date make on 16 July 2024,hotel rejected request for cancel booking due to wrong booking date

The place is quite remote from the public transport and most importantly the cleanliness which me and friends agree that it’s worst. There were a lot of bed bugs in the master bedroom tho we tried to ask the receptionist to clean the room but still these bed bugs exist. What is more, the bathroom smells like sewage at the bathroom drain.

My family and I stayed here and had a great experience. Everything clean, the WiFi was strong, and the air conditioning cold and comfortable. The smart TV was a nice touch. The pool on the second floor kept the kids happy. There’s free car parking available in the basement, which was convenient. Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. The reception service officers were always smiling, greeted us warmly, and provided clear explanations. I hope they continue this excellent service. The only drawback was with the lift access card. Some lifts couldn’t detect the card, preventing us from reaching our floor. We had to exit and re-enter another lift several times. However, the residents were very friendly and willing to help. Overall, it was a fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely come back to stay again. Great.

The unit was very small with 2 bedrooms. I just dot understand the concept of Neu Suites. Too small until the living room can only fit 1 or 2 persons together with the small kitchenette. Cant breathe either.
