A lovey and comfy Peranakan style room will be presented upon the check in. Will makes one feel at home. Staff were also very nice and friendly. The gym is also very well equipped. Only feedback is the breakfast, food were not replenish fast enough. Will make my stay again if I’m back in KL

Close to menara kl, klcc and bukit bintang. Breakfast us tasty, good hotel staff service. Swimming pool is large and clean. But the parking is charged at RM20 per night multiple entry as there is no parking provided, instead the hotel staff will park it for you. Overall my personal view is that the hotel needs more personalised services and x factor to match with the premium hotel rate charged.

Stayed one night to experience this new kid on the block. Hotel is located in a quiet part of the city centre but within comfortable walking distance to great eateries, marts, shopping streets and the Pavilion Mall. Room is spacious and designed extremely well, but the view is unfortunately of another building. Pay extra for a corner unit if that's a dealbreaker for you. Breakfast is very nice with good variety of food. For those driving, the hotel offers only valet parking (MYR20).

The bathroom was a highlight—dry-wet separated, with a deep-soaking bathtub and Biology Smart Skincare amenities that left my skin feeling amazing. HIGHLIGHTS 1️⃣ Award-Winning Design: Every corner of this hotel feels like an art gallery, blending contemporary style with local heritage. 2️⃣ High-Tech Valet Parking: The car turntable at the entrance was a showstopper! Watching my car rotate effortlessly was like witnessing a mini car show. 3️⃣ Free Rentals: The hotel offers complimentary sarongs, instant cameras, and telescopes. I used the telescope to get a closer look at Merdeka 118’s intricate glass facade—absolutely mesmerizing! 4️⃣ Instagram-Worthy Moments: From the bathtub with a view to the rooftop pool overlooking the city, every spot is a photo op. Thank you very much for nice days in the hotel. The location of the hotel is very near the city center. All the sights are near. I want to note breakfast. It is very tasty. There are many fruits, very tasty rice, egg dishes, different snacks. Staff is kindly and polite.

Gorgeous design of the room, super attentive, friendly and professional staff, excellent, delicious and very varied breakfast, walking distance to Bukit Bitang; EXCELLENT stay!

Simply amazing! The best experience we could ask for in KL. INDIGO is the perfect fusion between tradition and modernity. The staff is just incredible, specially Rome, who welcomed us and made us feel so special. The location is ideal, just 15 minutes away from the Petrona towers.

Strategic place. Room is well maintained & super clean. Breakfast spread is just nice with some local selections that is rare - cempedak fruits, jambu air. Parking is valet, no self parking.

Nice and quiet neighbourhood hotel. Had a pleasant stay, arranged it for my husband's birthday.

Very impressed with the nostalgic setting in the hotel, using the authentic materials to design the hotel. Things happened after the 1st night. We came back tired after a day outside. Our room was not made up instead they placed flowers on the side table. We called the manager to investigate the matter. The hotel manager apologized for what had happened. The housekeeping manager came to our room to explain why the flower was placed there. The next day, the housekeeping was done and decorated. The amenities were not placed anywhere in the room. You need to scan QR codes to get your amenities. We don't like to wait for such service so we get our own. Thank you Mr Philips the hotel manager for the prompt responses.

Very good facilities, staff are being also nice, especially at breakfast, location is super convenient. So, would love to stay here once again someday.

Excellent hotel in all respects: cleanliness, great location (safe and quiet street, just 15 min walk to Petronas and Pavilion), friendly staff, comfort. We stayed for 7 nights, good soundproofing in the room, nice bed and pillows, so we slept very comfortably. Cleaning was done every day. Thanks to the Hotel Indigo staff for hospitality!
