Delonix - junior suite room - was very nice, Clean, large and bright with balcony on two sides. Spectacular sunset view from room! Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is not quite at the jetty where all the action is, and transportation to the seafood night market will cost 75K rupiahs 1 way. Breakfast was adequate - but simple and repetitive. Biggest negative is that hotel will not allow you to take towels out and will charge 100K "rental" fee if you do so. The boat trip I went on expected us to bring our own towels and this would have been an issue with us had we been staying at this hotel on the day we went on the boat trip.

The room we stayed in was a bit tight, but clean and comfortable. Service was great! Met many staff that’s been very helpful, but Melinda (housekeeping) and Arsen are the 2 names that I remembered

I got more than I expected. Good place to stay for few nights in Bajo. But guys you need to turn off extremely bright lights on balconies at night time. Even blackout curtains doesn't help to make room dark with this lights.

Avoid This Hotel — Disappointing Stay from Start to Finish. We made the mistake of booking a room without a window — it was incredibly cramped, with barely enough space for one person to walk down the hallway. The bed was wedged against the wall, making it impossible to access from both sides. Even worse, despite clearly booking for two people, we were only provided with one set of amenities. When we raised the issue at reception, we were told we needed to “request” amenities at check-in — a baffling response, considering the booking clearly stated two guests. For the second and third nights, we upgraded to a room *with* a window — but don't expect a view. Ours looked directly into a concrete wall and, to make matters worse, had a giant water tank right outside. I requested a room change, but the staff flat-out refused. Service throughout our stay was consistently poor. The restaurant was slow due to being staffed mostly by trainees. At checkout, we were asked to wait while they inspected the room — something I wouldn’t mind if it was brief, but the delay was frustrating, especially with our airport transfer waiting. Speaking of transport, we used the hotel’s car service, but payments were handled in a very unprofessional way — no receipts were given, and we were told to pay either the driver or a random staff member at reception. It all felt shady and disorganized. Sorry, but not sorry — this hotel was a disappointment in every way.

Great location, quiet but few minutes from the main street. Spacious clean rooms, good pool, great views from the roof top and rooms. Incredibly kind, nice staff.

This hotel located inside mall. Easy to find food. I love the pool. Got a small bar and the view from the pool is awesome.

The hotel is new and modern. We were only there for 1 day, so we chose convenient transport connections, only 900 m from the port or 7 min by taxi to the airport. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and ATM on the first floor. The breakfast was tasty and varied, Asian and European cuisine, lots of pastries. But most important, the restaurant offers a wonderful view of the sea. There was no hairdryer in the room, but upon request they brought it immediately. Very friendly staff, especially Elsa at the reception. She recommended us where to spend half a day before our plane, and always helped us with a taxi. For some reason, the Grab taxi service does not work on this island. It is a pity that there are no normal beaches near the hotel. Public beach is absolutely dirty. Great views from the pool area. Great stuff. A bit boring if you stay more than 2x nights I’d say

The security staff downstairs was very attentive! Risal and his colleague will always look out for my husband who is on wheelchair and help him across the road. Very kind people!

second time to book this hotel, not far from the airport, just take the grab bike and less than 5 minutes ride. The hotel is clean and provides great services ! strongly recommended ! Please choose the room with WIndows type. Overall, it was a great hotel experience!

Air Conditioner is set to turn off automatically, every time it is turned off, you need to change it in the settings, it blows warm air, I think it is also on purpose. The Internet is very weak. The water pressure is low. I do not recommend it.

The hotel's location is also convenient – not far from the city's main attractions. However, I want to note an important point for those planning to use the laundry service: be sure to clarify the price before handing in your clothes. In my case, the cost turned out to be higher than expected, although the quality of the laundering was good. Overall, I recommend this hotel, especially for its comfort and location, but be mindful when using additional services.
