Booked two rooms at this hotel due to location, twin rooms and parking. On arrival no real parking for a car if you want easy in and out...near impossible so parked on the main street, a walk away especially for elderly parents. Advised on arrival that had no downstairs room for parents and NO twin rooms!!! Staff Advised that they only "work" there... don't know what that translates to when they could not solve any of the problems. Advised that parents could move to a room downstairs the next day but when asked to do so was informed no don't have. Advised that rooms are not serviced daily. Good location, when the tide is out, and the hotel was pleasant enough but would not recommend this hotel.

In our view this place should not be presented as a hotel - it is more akin to a bad hostel. All shots in Viator are MANY years out of date and the resort is now desperately in need of care and attention. It’s location - right on the beach - IS it’s USP , but they are shamefully playing on that! Clearly there has been no investment in the facilities for a long time and they are now tired, botched together in places and downright dirty. We paid around £100 for 2 nights and have been seriously taken for a ride at that price. In my view this hotel needs investigating and taking down from this site Our room was poolside with single curtains - no voile / net type curtains for modesty. One central light switch, no bedside lights, only one cabinet, grubby & battered ‘panelling’ in lieu of headboard and only 1 pillow each. Air-con was good but noisy but overnight we awoke to condensation on patio windows The bathroom… where to begin .. at least the shower was hot BUT the shower drained to a hole in the ground, all shower fittings encrusted with scale an grime. The window as rotten, ill fitting and plain mouldy! Felt like you were in a shack not a hotel bathroom. In 2 days we saw no cleaning of facilities or our room. Beer at the bar / cafe is expensive and food uninspiring. We ate all our meals elsewhere. I was frustrated that we paid upfront for this place as otherwise we would have left immediately. Please don’t make the same mistake as we did!

Amazing staff who did all they could to correct any issues. Nice clean room with fridge and kettle etc. Housekeeping were fantastic. Great beachfront location, nice pool, nice restaurant and comfort bed in the heart of town but not loud at night at all, ideal for those wanting to be in town but not party too hard

If they will clean the room..will be ok. The Room asks for little bit refreshment but all in all was ok

Отель довольно простенький, но очень уютный, прямо на пляже, персонал отзывчивый. Все что нужно для отдыха есть - шикарный пляж в минуте ходьбы от номера, рядом кафе, магазины, ночной рынок, макашницы, 7/11, все в пешей доступности (пять минут пешком). Завтраки одинаковые каждый день - но вполне приятные - яичница, жареное яйцо, варенье яйцо, сосиски, ветчина, жареный рис, какой-то суп, сухой завтрак, молоко, оладушки, шоколадный топинг, мёд, джем, масло, тосты, чай, кофе, из фруктов ананас и арбуз. В номере не хватало мебели, попросили два стула. Уборка в номерах по требованию, вода каждый день, фена не было - попросили на ресепшен - дали. Пляжные полотенца брали каждый день на ресепшн - давали сколько нужно. Лежаки на пляже и стульчики удобные были. В номере все очень просто, но чисто, огромная кровать, столешница, стаканчики и чайник, холодильник. Для тех, кто едет за морем - отличное место. На пляже тоже много кафе, недалеко проходит фаер шоу (толк пять минут пешком). Пляж чистый, пологий. Закаты потрясающие!
