Have birthday trip and they sent a cake to the room. The buffet breakfast is good with a variety of choices. Come with dinner but is buffet style at The Ritz Carlton, You need to walk a short distance to reach there

I had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect—easy to explore the area either on foot or by Grab. Highly recommend!

Pros : The location is superb. There are many choices of food . Friendly staff from housekeeping and front office departments. Cons: The 6 lifts in the lobby were so slow. I couldn't believe my eyes when we had to queue for the lifts. And there were chinese people who smoked in the lift.

Definitely will come back stay again. Highly recommended as the service from when you reached the hotel haven’t step in, they will serve you and very detailed. The housekeeper also very good manners and every staffs are very approachable and friendly. Thanks. Like their fresh breads too.

The location is phenomenal and the proximity to the hustle and bustle is fantastic. Superb if you really want that holiday feeling. The room is clean and quite spacious for that location. The at your service feature is super too and make you feel well looked after. Top breakfast too.

I genuinely don’t even know where to begin — this has been one of the most disturbing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My very first night, I felt uncomfortable in the bed — itchy, like something was crawling on me. I tried to ignore it, thinking maybe it was just the travel stress or sensitive skin. But by the next morning, I started noticing red spots on my hand. Then they showed up on my arms. A few days later, it spread to my thighs. Now it’s been over two weeks, and the rash has reached my stomach and chest. Whatever was in that bed — bed bugs, mites, something — I’m still dealing with the effects on my skin, and it’s honestly traumatic. There is clearly a serious hygiene issue in that room. No hotel should let guests sleep in beds that haven’t been properly cleaned, inspected, or treated. I’ve had to visit a pharmacy, apply medicated creams, and do full-body treatments — all because of one night in that bed. I’m warning others: be cautious. A nice-looking room means nothing if it leaves you with a rash that lasts for weeks.

Very good location just opposite pavilion. Hotel service is so good, they even prepare a cake for us as we celebrating our anniversary there. Thank you so much

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The environment is fantastic, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Most importantly, the hotel is located right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, making shopping and traveling around the city incredibly convenient. The staff were all very polite and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL!

The previous stay was so bad that we immediately booked JW Marriot Hotel and arrived to the hotel next morning. The staff was nice and arranged us room in a short time so we can settle down and continue our trip. Everything was way too good when compared to our last stay. I really enjoy the stay in JW marriot

The room itself was spacious, offering plenty of comfort and a well-appointed setup that made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, JW Marriott KL remains a top choice for me, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended for its value, convenience, and large, comfortable rooms!

Impeccable service. I was given a huge room without windows when I checked in, and when I asked for a change for the second night as I didn’t like the room set-up, thinking I’ll make the switch in the afternoon, they sent someone up to hand me the new room card and help to transfer my luggage, and this was around 1030am. These simple gestures makes all the difference in a stay.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for someone who loves to do shopping and exploring the city centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I got upgraded for the room and surprisingly the room was so spacious with really comfortable bed. Despite of the hotel beside of main road, soundproof of the room really impressive when not even heard a sound. The breakfast spread had wide variety options with a decent quality. I highly recommend this hotel.
