Fantastic hotel for a staycation in the city. Location nearby to amenities, facilities - eternity pool, great spread for breakfast, good room size. Value for money overall compared to other hotels in JB.

This is my second time stay in this hotel, room a bit run down.. overall is satisfying of the services , breakfast is good and pricing is attractive. A good stay in this hotel, like their bed very much firm and not too hard. Will come bad again if the pricing is competitive.

Beside KSL shopping mall, convenient. Staff was polite and helpful but when we check in kettle was wet and shower towel was smelly. The rest was fine

1st time there! bed and pillows are comfortable, nice view and breakfast is yummy. Will be back definitely.

Has been staying here recently whenever I travel to jb. Location is great, everything is within walking distance. Room is spacious and clean. Just that the counter crew was a bit unfriendly when we checked out. The q was slow too, could have an express check out counter or box to drop room card.

Everything was up to par, great location. Room was clean and well equipped with basic amenities e.g toothbrush/shower cap/shower gel and shampoo. Service was excellent as well but the lifts needs slight upgrading though.

It’s a good experience and the ambience is nice. It’s my first time staying in this hotel. I would recommend my friends to stay in this hotel. Value for money.

very nice and clean room！But the drainage system is not so good, and there is water on the ground after taking a shower.

Saw the star rating issued by Agoda but was disappointed by the lack of front desk staff and the lack of professionalism. Service is also lacking at the breakfast cafe. Lack the warmth although the hotel is a pleasant place with great location and convenience. The infinity pool has gorgeous view. Will come back for the sky lounge

We’ve stayed at Holiday Villa JB many times, but this visit was a letdown. I booked 2 rooms requesting non-smoking and high floors (knowing high floors are subject to availability). However, the front desk didn’t inform us that we were placed in smoking rooms on a smoking floor — and I had clearly stated I was travelling with two elderly family members. When we clarified at night, a staff member finally told us all rooms on that floor are smoking. He was helpful and changed our rooms, but one had a faulty water heater, the key card didn’t work, and the other lacked basic toiletries. Sadly, this stay has changed our impression of the hotel. We’ll be switching to the hotel next door (Novotel) once it opens. Management should consider refreshing the hotel and sending staff for basic English training to improve communication.

Very good hotel dea from Trip during sale. Long weekend stay at less than $80/night for 2 nights! Room is generally clean and was given a room on 17 floor despite putting remarks months before check in. Hotel could improve on their facilities as the current ones are aging in progress.

Best selling point is the location. Very near to city center ksl and ciq. Room itself was clean and looks newer than KSL. Service was meh check in is 3pm check out 12. Requested extra bath soup never came 🤦♂️😓😂. Breakfast was actually not bad. Would recomend if budget is consideration.

Corridor no aircon. Room and bed was ok .can adjust aircon. The shower soup and shampoo can improve dont give this kind of small bot .if wan eco friendly should give those big refill bottles. Room outside Nice view.but next door neighbour laughing sound very loud. Walk to ksl abit dangerous with car traffic ..

The hotel room is big and the mattress is soft and comfortable although the building and lobby looks a bit old. The breakfast buffet is ok, the only limitation is the replenishment is a little bit slow. The hotel location is opposite KSL, nearby there are many eateries.
