We had booked to stay at Lord Morgan & Exclusive Design Nişantaşı during the May half term via ***********, a few days before travel we were informed my mother has cancer, therefore we cancelled the stay knowing that we will be losing the full amount which we had paid. At the time of cancellation, I sent a message both via *********** and hotel WhatsApp and requested a cancellation no show invoice so I can send to my insurance company. Since then, over two months now and chasing over 10 times directly and three times via *********** they have failed to produce the cancellation invoice. According to *********** they have not followed *********** processes and marked us as no show despite us cancelling the booking at least few days before travel. Each time contacted directly, they just give empty promises that they are looking into it and that they will come back, they never come back and have not produced the required document. If this is an example of their customer service level and how they treat customers, I certainly and strongly recommend do not book with this hotel, completely un-helpful customer service team, no one has taken responsibility to resolve a simple issue and issue an invoice. Very poor experience.
