Terrible! The hotel had no water so we couldn't use the toilet. We had to go to the reception. The hotel couldn't fix it so we were given buckets to use the toilet. They didn't bother to fix it at all.We live in the 21st century and I have to use a bucket to flush the toilet.

Have just returned from this lovely hotel . Clean & very comfortable accomadation . All the staff are very attentive & nothing is to much trouble. Although the majority of staff appear to not speak English they all made sure they would help us with a member of staff who could ! . We had no kettle in the room on arrival but asked reception for one & it was duly delivered ! That day The housekeeping Staff are very keen to do a good job daily . The food is very well presented, good and a good choice for any tastes ! The event entertainment was amazing , especially the music quiz which was so much fun ! . There is a different theme every night and the dancers are absolutely amazing! With so much enthusiasm & energy !. The facilities & staff all are good & would highly recommend this hotel . The only sad part for us was that the music at the pool while activities were not taking place ie acra aerobics / dance was far too loud ! Which made it difficult to talk or even just relax ! so we only stayed by the pool for one day ! . But overall would highly recommend this hotel & look forward to coming back again

The hotel is generally nice, with nice atmosphere, great pool and a nice beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and cozy. Biggest problem was getting sick from the food. Last day of staying there I threw up the whole day and got a fever of almost 39°C. I ate only at the hotel. My partner did not get sick and he ate only cooked food (not salads etc), so be careful of what you eat

Well where do I start?? Hotel Excellent the staff couldn't have been more helpful, the rooms got cleaned daily, beds were very good shower very good. Food/drink All the beverages are of an excellent quality and there is a 24hr bar if that's your bag All inclusive can get a bit monotonous as we found out, the last two days we ate out in the evening, but there is a good variety all day and it is changed regularly (try the pizza from the barbecue at lunchtime yum yum). Pool/Beach Free sun loungers on the fantastic sandy beach (just get there early it's like people have never seen a sun lounger before!!!!!!!) - Pool looks very clean and tidy same issue with sun loungers as above Island Just go for a walk it's beautiful my penchant is for nosing around other hotels and I only got stopped once 😄 Lovely restaurants and bars just give a little back if your all inclusive there is a huge divide on the island. And finally Tours We went on a couple of tours and I personally didn't enjoy them going round little fishing towns gawping at the locals (Who have absolutely nothing) wasn't my thing, I think if I went again I would do the sea tours. All in all a very enjoyable holiday and I would go again as the islanders say "NO STRESS"

A nice hotel, We are very pleased with our stay. It is not a luxury 5 star hotel, but a very good 4 star hotel, We agree with our travel agency VING 4 star rating. Our review does not include all inclusive We only had breakfast. A very nice room. New, clean, nice bathroom and excellent shower. Pls note that the hotel has 2 floors but only 1 lift that goes only to the fitst floor, so if you stay on the 2nd floor you must walk up one floor. A very nice balcony facing the garden. A nice courtyard/ garden. Pls pay extra for room facing the garden much nice than facing the street, which is not so nice with rubber and noice. We had an excellent bedding not too hard. I contacted the hotel before arrival and extra bedding was alteady installed at arrival. We slept very well. Breakfast was ok with everything necessary. Location is excellent only aporox 300m to the city of Santa Maria.Beach promenade street is just outdide hotels backside, which is the nice side of the hotel with the pools and the beech and sea. In summary a very nice stay.

Smaller but new and great keeped hotel just at the Santa Maria beach, which is the one of most beautiful at Sal island. Friendly stuff, plenty of food, good animation for children and adults as well. We really enjoyed our time here. We'll be definitely back.

Super and almost perfect stay at your hotel Difficult to find any mistakes. Food is really good Room very nice Cleaning excellent Personal very nice and helpful The WiFi is very good and stable in my room, but some areas at the pool, the buffet restaurant and at the beach area at the hotel, the WiFi is very unstable and almost not possible to use. I think it is the same issue in many rooms. This is one finding, which I think is important for you to solve.

We have returned to Oasis Salinas, this Easter, from March 19th up to March 26th. Room nr. 2056, a family room (for 2 ADLT + 2 CHD) with a partial ocean view. We had some German Friends joining us on the 20th. This was our 4th time in the Oasis Group in Sal. We noticed some add ons since our last visit. The major one was the beach bar / restaurant. Las time we had some frigo bars close hand with drinks and this was it! The food is good for an AI namely at lunch and dinner. Breakfast is simple but acceptable. Drinks are OK. We found the employees to be nice and kind, particularly those at the front desk and from the animation team. Lindsay was very nice, courteous and professional. She became friends w/our daughter. :) The beach at Oasis Salinas close to the pier is the best. The location is top. The colors and the water temperature!... so nice. We will definitely return, special during Easter time, March or April. Proves to be a fantastic beach break, less than 5 hours’ flight from Lisbon, with a balanced cost-benefit. Once again, we felt at home. Thank you, Oasis Group, for another memorable stay!

We had very pleasent stay. Hotel is located just beside beach and city. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was ok. We had a suite with seaview and it was great. Althought clean and tidy hotel. Plenty of sunbeds both at the pool and ocean side.
