A Huge Disappointment – Not a 5-Star Experience at All I had high expectations for this hotel, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. Supposedly a 5-star property, it felt more like a cheap bed and breakfast. Before our arrival, I emailed the hotel to inform them that my husband would be celebrating his birthday. They assured me that we would receive some special amenities—but nothing was provided. No acknowledgment, no small gesture, nothing. The room was extremely small, with a terrible view of an opposite building and a dirty street. The location itself is dreadful—the street outside smells like urine, and the hotel staff can often be seen sitting around smoking right in front of the entrance. Very unprofessional for a supposedly luxury hotel. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. No warm welcome from the staff, no service unless we asked for it. On the last day, I noticed another guest ordering an omelette—something I wasn’t even aware was an option because no one bothered to inform us. The food selection was very limited, and what was available wasn’t even tasty. The most ridiculous part? The hotel selectively provides good service to certain guests, and before those guests leave, they’re given a pack of chocolates and a review card to write something positive. It’s laughable. If you provide good service to all guests, you wouldn’t need to bribe people for good reviews. This hotel is nothing but a scam. I’ve never experienced anything like this, and I’m absolutely shocked. Avoid at all costs.

Perfect staff, hotel and location. Very clean and comfortable 👌 The rooms were not the largest but extremely well laid out and had everything you need. The beds were the very best and the location couldn't be better. Thank you to the friendly staff.
