I recently stayed at this hotel during an exhibition and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal — close to the exhibition center and just a short walk from a nearby shopping mall, which made everything so convenient. The ocean view from my room added a peaceful touch after long days at the exhibition. The service was excellent, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. A special thanks to MR.GORKEM who was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. His warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even better. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful visit. This was my 3rd time in this hotel it has been outdated the beds need to be renewed They charged us 20 Canadian dollar just using the chips , they only leave 2 bottles of water, the TV remote was not working properly Hamum and spa was out of service indoor swimming pool was very cold outdoor swimming was closed Over all not a very good experience this time and I will change my stay to another alternative 20$ just for small box of chips

Everything was absolutely wonderful. We really liked it, beautiful, promenade for walks, hotel in a marine yacht style, very interesting design.

I pay for extra person  suppose they give me bigger rooom  but they didn’t change the room and they add bed not comfy at all and the room dost fit for three people o don’t know why the charge me

A little bit far but still convenient location, near a huge mall with food and train station. Nice for family groups

Friendly staff, everything well organised, rooms are very clean and comfortable, very close to the Marmaray public transport, right next door to the Aqua Florya Mall and Aquarium, will be staying again here in my next visit, thank you.

Review Title: Great Check-in, Disastrous Check-out The check-in was exceptional, thanks to Ismail, whose professionalism and welcoming attitude set the tone for a pleasant stay. However, the check-out experience was a stark contrast. Yuzil, the staff member handling my departure and wearing eyeglasses, was unprofessional, rude, and visibly incompetent. In all my experiences with hotels, I have never encountered anyone worse than him. His behavior was completely unacceptable for someone representing such an establishment.

This is a great hotel located right on the sea shore. You can walk enjoying sea view and fresh air. Service, restaurants, and the other facilities are quite good. I had a short stay, but I hope next time in Istanbul, I'll be able to stay longer. It is about 40 min from the airport (if there is no traffic jam). But it is far from the historic center. You will need some transport to get there.
