Location is +. Breakfast is good, however juices were unavailable.. standard rooms are very small and with the view on the busy street and the house on the other side

Extended for another day, view cleanliness and modern feel of the room was incredible. I loved this hotel

I had an outstanding stay at Glens Palace Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service from start to finish. Aida and Ayhan provided excellent services and were very helpful in every detail in our stay.My room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with a very comfortable bed and luxurious toiletries. The location is perfect—central yet peaceful. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to assist made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend The Glens Hotel for a wonderful stay in istabul so close to the best shopping areas too.

Always love coming here everytime we’re in Istanbul. Feels like home. Aynan, ozgur, and Eda are so welcoming, helpful, and I’m always happy to see them when I visit. It’s our go to place. The street where the hotel is located is my favourite street to shop, walk, and eat. The hotel is nice and cozy and quiet with the best staff.

We went for a quick stay! Arrived with no booking, after checking the hotel and the room they proposed, we decided to check in! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Ismael, Eda! Even people at the restaurant! Hygiene level is 9/10, very comfortable & calm inside the room! It is located in the middle of Nisantasi, a very crowded area and busy, yet this is what we were looking for, a stay close to shopping center!

Very nice cozy hotel. The room gives a warm and luxurious feeling with stunning views over the bay. The hotel is ideally located in between a busy shopping and restaurants area which makes everything perfect. The staffs are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are always attentive and ready to go the extra mile to help anyone in need. A definite must come again for me. Special thanks to Ayhan and team for all the help through out my stay. Thank you.

Stay was really nice and stuff of hotel is really helpful!especially Mr. Ayhan and Mrs Eda Location of hotel is one of the best in Istanbul Street in front of hotel is full of caffes and resturants. I would recomend resturant in hotel which have really good food!

Loveddddd the hotel and the staff. Eda at the reception was soo hospitable . Ayhan, the doormat was also sooo soo nice and they are friendly and helped us so much. Erdal at the breakfast also serviced us and was nice. House keepers were nice. And was clean and new. And the location was very suitable for shopping.

Ayhan was amazing and so helpful. Anything we asked he helped us, we felt super safe the hotel is amazing - everything great!! The rooms are super clean, the brasserie offers great food and excellent service. Mohammed helped us with the checkout and transfer to the airport, so great
