Sometimes not getting what we want is a blessing and I'm glad my request to cancel was declined. Upon arrival the rec eption were extremely helpful and polite and even upgraded us to a lovely suite with an absolutely stunning view! The location is really convenient and the Botanical gardens and zoological park is about 300 metres walk. There is a convenient store nearby as wel as restaurants if you don't wish to dine at the hotel. The swimming pool has an incredible view too! Definitely recommend

Location is great yet very old building. I have been updated with the great view room for free. Stuff is very nice!

Once we realized that there are the elevator stairs that take you up the hill, getting to the hotel was quite easy and convenient. They also have a complementary shuttle bus, however the staff at the reception informed us on the third day of our stay. The room is small but clean, pool area has a nice view. Overall happy with the hotel choice!

Such a fantastic day I really enjoyed staying there and the people and staff are so friendly and also it’s really clean!!! So close to central!!!!

This hotel was very basic but had everything I needed for a 2 night stay. As a solo traveller I always appreciate hotels that offer single room rate. Location was very good, and the staff were always very helpful.

They upgraded me to a deluxe suite room. The space was very ample for me! The view is amazing, the room service is great, and the experience is seamless. I’d definitely come here again!
