Hair dryer is too small! Room floor clean is not really good.New hotel in a good location,some room can see the ocean

I have visited here many times and the service is great as always. Highly recommended  for business travel.

It may be a bit difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel if you go to the hotel by MTR/bus. If you go by taxi, the taxi driver should know how to get there. However, once you know how to enter the hotel, it should be convenient to get there by MTR/bus. Convenient location.

Excellent service from check in counter and cleaning lady. Linked bridge from hotel to mtr n Airport Express stop. Will stay here again

The bathroom sink and mirror is too low. It is hindering the movement of the faucet.

An excellent hotel with beautiful decor and very good, friendly and helpful staff service. In a nice location close to the east coastal park and around 5 minutes walk from the metro. Highly recommended.

Apart from the gaudy decor in the style of Versailles and on a midget scale, there isn't much to recommend or complain. Perhaps the very loud air con should also be mentioned.

Alex checked us in and did his best to ignore us. The first words he said was “sign here” after around 10 minutes of no eye contact and silence. I spoke English and he only spoke Chinese back after that. Washroom was not clean and had mold in the grout. The first time I used the shower, soap bubbles foamed up showing that it wasn’t rinsed. The knobs had soap and water marks The room smelled like urine at times. The smell came from the vent. We could hear everything in the room above. The chain lock was broken.

Very nice interior, room also very clean. Not the most spacious but felt spacious :)

The hotel is very nice and better than what we’ve expected! The room is new seems like they just renovated. The size is not too big but not that small, you still have space to do makeup, open the luggage and etc. The location is also easy access to mtr.

Location is good, surrounded by great food spots and convenience stores within walking distance. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable layout. Highly recommend this place for its convenience, comfort, and affordability

The Alexandra is conveniently located and we had treat harbour view. The room was a good size and lacked nothing. The staff were keen to please. We were able to leave luggage will we went on a trip outside Hong Kong. We eat locally and not in the hotel. Some times a bit of a wait for a lift. We will stay at the Alexandra the next time visit Hong Kong.
