It was a great surprise to my first time stay at this hotel. All staffs are very nice and welcoming. It is a well managed hotel that is within a very reasonable budget. Highly recommended.

Check in was a breeze. Need to pay local charges upon check in. No water bottles in the room. They have a water dispenser and a mug in room, so need to go out to fill up water or can easily buy from nearby 7 Eleven. Not much amenities in toilet but I guess, can ask for housekeeping. Room has type C charging port ! Which is good. Hotel personnel were helpful and polite. Pleasant check in and out experience. Room 1104 seems slightly bigger than 0803.

Staff is very nice and willing to help us . We have problem with Uber rider that shown very bad manner so we ask porter/ concierge to help and he try to help us and suggest us to cancelled the trip. Room size is quite small but hotel has very nice location.

Good location. Small room with window facing neighboring building so no privacy at all. Had to keep the windows closed all the time

The hotel was very well located in TST, making it easy to visit the major attractions in HK. Close to star ferry to cross over to HK Island and visit the Peak. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was clean. Only downside from being close to centre is it could be slightly noisy overnight.

A good hotel with a perfect location. It was clean on most of the areas but under the bed it was dirty. The rooms are comfortably furnished, making the stay enjoyable.

Great location and food options available, the 500 dollar deposit “per night” is a first one for me but is whatever. I liked the room the bed was comfy

This hotel is one of my favorite for the last few years , but since I back the last stay , I noticed many changes and there is a serious need to improve : breakfast ( no healthy options available ) , staff become more rude and need to be trained and educated .

The location is very good but the hotel is not have the good view due to surrounding with buildings. The lights in hotel is dim. The room is ok .

Room smaller than expected after travelling mainland and everything here was bit so so - I probably would stay here again for location and price but for service, amenities and other comforts probably not. Average. For the discerning traveller - generally I didn’t think the desk staff were that helpful seeing as they are the main representative I think there is improvement required.
