Oasis Avenue – A GDH HOTEL is the first Smart hotel in Hong Kong which is geared with state-of-the-art facilities powered by artificial intelligence (AI). Before checking into Oasis Avenue, guests can make reservations through the hotel’s exclusive app. On arrival, guests can check-in using the self-service check-in kiosk in the lobby, saving all the tedious procedures and precious time. Great rooms, i would say room is big and spacious for 2, considering its Hong Kong. Love that it has a bidet style toilet(like those Japanese ones). Smart hotel- Room lights, curtains and air cond can be controlled through an ipad or even manually with switches. Sufficient plug points next to bed on both sides. Large TV, that can access Netflix.
A 5 mins walk to the nearest TST MTR, McDonalds is opposite the hotel, lots of eateries nearby, theres a close by Mall as well- K11 Artmall.
Check in is easy, Just that if you book through trip.com maybe just email the hotel before your trip to get their booking ID just as a confirmation , as when I called they had some difficulty locating the reservation and was instructed to email them the Trip.com hotel voucher, but they replied swiftly with a new ID number through email.

Good location. Room more spacious compare to same category hotel around. No toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, shower cap, soap, hand wash, drinking water, shaver provided. They will charge HKD30 if u want to keep your luggage for a while after check out. Very culculative hotel, keep luggage also need to pay.

Carpets in rooms are very dirty and the hotel service is bad. I called about a broken hair dryer but no one ever came to fix it.
Location is good and the amenities are good. Good for short stay in city centre

Modern and stylist hotel. Staff were polite and check in was a breeze. Hotel room is considered very spacious given Hongkong's prices. Comfortable and clean room, water pressure is good. Breakfast spread was good. Definitely will visit again!

It's strange that the still requested the deposit which has not been required for many years. The light beside my pillow couldn't be turn off. I called front desk and I was told it's the night light. It cannot be turned off. How can you sleep with such bright light next to your face? Finally they agreed to remove the bulb for me. I waited another 30 min for the person do so.

Comfort place to stay, smooth check in and check out. Location wise. Is only 4 min walk to tsim sha tsui metro A2 station. Recommend to stay

Clean bed and room. But we have to wait for almost 2hrs upon check in as they said the room is still not ready. Cabinet is also small. There’s a small fridge and kettle, but no microwave, They only provide tea bags inside the room so if you like coffee you better bring or buy outside. Also, mineral water is not free but you can easily buy outside as there’s a nearby 7/11 store and a lot of restaurants. Location is near tsim sha tsui mrt. One good thing is if you check out and want to leave your luggages, you can use their free luggage cabinet. Just download their app.

Good location near the center and MTR. Upon check in, I was informed that smoking is prohibited in the room. When I enter to the room, get smoke smell, I ask room for change but staff said will send HK for spray, no room for change. I have to stay in this room for whole period, very disappointed. Not provide drinking water in the room, you can buy at convenient store near by.
