Little cute hotel ! Only unhappy about we paid superior room , but our room is no window !☹️, otherwise everything is perfect ! The staff very helpful !

The location is central. The hotel Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is one of the best among the VN hotels I stayed. The room is standard size but with all the amenities. Internet connection is very good.

Convenient. Room is a bit old but overall is good. Service from the young boy (bellboy) was very good and the whole team always have a smile on their face. Lovely experience

If you want a flexible hotel don’t book here. I couldn’t enter Vietnam due to visa issues and this hotel was unwilling to cancel/ refund me for not being able to enter the country. There are better options to spend your money. Don’t go here.

Отличный отель, приятный интерьер, радушный персонал. Несмотря на шумные улицы вокруг в номере было очень тихо (окно было в маленький внутренний атриум). Удобная кровать.

内側からの鍵がかけられなかった iPhoneなどのアダプターや充電機をかしてもらえると、いいなと思った 帰りの交通手段を確認してくれ、アドバイスをたくさんもらえた。ありがたかったです。

地點在小巷之中，房間訂的是行政套房儘然比前一天住的精緻套房小很多！地點方便，吃、購物方便。

在河內算交通位置不錯的，到哪兒都步行即可。

Quaint boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good, right in the middle of old quarter. Plenty of eateries around. Breakfast choice isn't a lot but was delicious and adequate. The room we had was spacious and clean.

I stayed here just for one night but the experience was really great. The early morning breakfast spread was well planned and sufficient for our requirements. The staff made efforts for getting some menu customizations done. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean and large enough. The hotel location is also at the center of the old quarter in Hanoi so really convenient for visiting tourist spots. Special mention and kudos to the receptionist for keeping me informed of the taxi bookings for airport pickup even though it was a very busy time. Also thanks a lot for managing my very late check-in so well. I don't think without the help from the hotel, I could have managed to reach hotel from airport so easily. Wish you all the best and thanks for all the help and hospitability.

Stayed here for 4 nights, and right from the start, I really felt at home. My room was large with a great bathroom. The breakfast had something for everybody, but the stars of the show were miss Chi and miss Lily at the front desk that arranged all my tours for me and even checked up on me after I had checked out of the hotel, what a credit to the company.

Stayed in Babylon Premium hotel for 4 nights. Location was great and Mary and her team of receptionist ladies were very helpful to provide information. They also offered to help us get the water puppet theatre tickets so we could save a trip there to queue.Breakfast has a good spread with a mix of buffet and ala carte orders. For light sleepers, better to take the rooms without the windows or balcony so it's quieter.
