The location was good. Very central. They have luggage storage service. The staff were nice but the toilet and bathroom didn’t have slippers.

The hotel was cheap and affordable. Don't expect too much though because you'll just get what you paid for. The bunk beds are comfortable and cozy though it would have been better if the stairs leading to the top bunk bed was wider. The staff could speak English and would attend to your needs with urgency. The location is also at the heart of Old Quarter. Attractions are just within the hotel's vicinity. Overall, this place is a good fit for budget traveling!

Hospitable and helpful staff, hostwl is best located in the old town, clean, comfy and nicely esigned builidng. Small but spacious :). I took bus no.48 from the airport and got off at old town(check with the driver, it's a standard stop). Will stay here again ;)

The room and bed are very clean, comfortable and safe. The staff are very friendly, especially Loi is very sociable and makes us feel welcomed. His English is very good! One thing that should be improved is food. The food was wonderful 4 years ago. Anyway, We enjoyed our stay here a lot. We will be here in the future~~!

Great location. In one of the main streets in the Old Quater but not too crowded. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean. Worthy for the money paid.

The best value for money. Enjoyed their service, free storage, tour agent at the reception, swimming pool, restaurant in the lobby, laundry service - impeccable stay, and by far the most stylish.

Really like the place, it's clean, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is nice. Staff speak English well a d really helpful. I love the swimming pool and the toilet is clean and quite a lot.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were very friendly and handled everything smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were well-stocked. The location was convenient, making it easy to access tourist spots and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

There is no lift available,so it's so hard to use the staircase for an aged person like me.
