Great location just right on the lake. Rooms are a little small but clean. Breakfast is just so so. The hotel has many great histories so worth exploring.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay in this hotel. Beautiful hotel with its historic charms. Breakfast was great. The twin beds room view is slight disappointing as it was partially block and directly overlooking some construction

Very mixed experience. Location is excellent and decoration too. However some waiters seems no training at all. And no room service out of restaurants open time! Also quite noisy in the room, seems window glass not sound proof.

Unbeatable location next to the beautiful lake! A very charming elegant space for relaxation. Staffs all super nice and friendly! Would love to go back for another stay. Only wish is that the 1913 dining hall could be more Senior friendly removing that many stairs.

I loved the antique aesthetics. It made me feel like I stepped back into a simpler time. It was very relaxing and the hotel is located directly next to the lakeside and has an amazing view of a lot of popular tourist spots. The breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel has a long history back to 1913 and is fascinating. Rooms are very quiet and with all the necessary, maybe a bit small. Breakfast is good, could have more choice. Restaurant is very popular so better to reserve a table in advance

自從在新新飯店吃了一頓飯，看到那麼多名人入住過，而且裝飾風格民國、西洋，充滿高級感之後就心心念念要住一住。這次終於在攜程囤了兩晚何莊園景房，到店還給升級了董莊名人房。我們入住的是寄萍堂，紀念白石老先生的。房間裏除了有介紹新新飯店的書，還有白石長者的畫冊，很有文化韻味。服務：門口的迎賓先生很熱情，每次都主動幫我們提電動輪椅。工作人員的熱情還體現在以下兩個方面，一位大堂裏戴眼鏡的小夥子，在引導我們入電梯後，為解答我對新新飯店兩棟樓的歷史，就一路陪我們上樓，直到講完歷史。另外一位好像叫什麼萍的客房保潔阿姨，幫我們打掃房間時，還給我們詳細介紹了浴缸龍頭、浴球以及房間電燈開關的用法，專業基礎上有熱情。酒店環境我是一如既往喜歡，照片拍不夠的感覺，沒的説。

一次非常滿意的體驗，不愧是老牌酒店，前台、餐廳、客房的服務相當到位，細節處可見一斑，老婆生日，晚餐餐枱作了簡易佈置，還送了長壽麪，非常暖心。內外環境沒得説，隨處可拍。地理位置優越，門前就是西湖，離白堤、楊公堤很近。早餐品種豐富且品質俱佳。下次來杭首選新新。

提前囤的特惠雙床房1晚，到酒店後幫我升級了房間，房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，就是電視機有點小。出門就是西湖，地理位置優越，十分便利。自助早餐品質高，在1913餐廳用餐，彷彿穿越回到了民國時期，坐在臨湖的窗邊，氛圍太好了。就是到酒店當天下大雨，沒法去西湖邊走走，不過正好多出時間瞭解酒店的歷史。這次住店非常滿意，後悔券囤少了，下次有機會再來。
