To the west is Fruita with its world class mountain biking. The Lakeside is the perfect home base for adventure or for a relaxing getaway. The open concept in the main living space is clean and inviting. Warm up in the winter time with a hot cup of tea by the cozy gas fireplace after a great day on the slopes.
