"Customer service was excellent, the hotel was clean the service at the front desk was pleasant I enjoyed the room the hotel also accommodated me for an extra time or check out I enjoyed a hot tub wish I would have been awake for the breakfast, but I slept in. Anyway, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel thank you for your service"

"Great location next to the freeway The room was very clean The hallway on the second  Floor smelled of ******** the whole time we were there. We addressed at the front desk and they said they would have security look into it. We never heard anything back nor did the smell go away. We were told that the pool was heated and it was not and it was freezing, and we were not able to go in We originally had booked for only two nights and ended up staying for five nights because of the location and the fact that we didn’t have to move our luggage elsewhere, but it would’ve been very nice. Had the breakfast been better than what was offered and every time we went down, it appeared to be closed, even though it was before 10 o’clock.  Staff were extremely friendly and nice Just disappointed that it wasn’t a nice warm heated pool to use and a better breakfast"

"前台服務人員態度一般（個別人），也有態度很好的服務人員。 設施齊全，佈局很棒，價格偏高 但是值得一去。"

"There’s was some sort of mix up with the room when I arrived. I paid for two double beds and when I got up to the room it was a single king bed. Being that I was traveling with a coworker that wasn’t going to work. Amongst three other guests having the same issue we all got sorted out and were able to get a good nights rest."
