Lovely little hostel near 七星 park, serves coffee and beers. Many restaurants on the road right by the hostel. Met some other travellers here too. Nice common area aswell with helpful and friendly staff.

People here are all very nice, kind and helpful. You can easily find anyone to chat and get help. The common area is a great and comfortable place to meet new buddies. The boss Joe is very nice that he will give you adivce for the trip. There is no place like Cyan Box. No matter you are foreigners or local Chinese, this place is absolutely suitable for you. :)

The host and the staff in general are really helpful and make a huge effort to make people in the hostel to get to know each others, including international travelers and Chinese. This makes the hostel to be an experience above just a place to sleep. Totally worth it specially for solo travelers or even couples. The location is mid (not too important for traveling to Guilin in my opinion), and the facilities are reasonably good and clean.

Amazing stay amazing staff! We had a great time here and felt the real hostel vibe. The center is closeby, there's an electric scooter rental around the corner. On the same street of the hostel there's a street food market every evening where you can eat a lot for very cheap, everything delicious even for vegetarians:) Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed the room (cheap and very clean) and people here were so nice. They proposed activities, helped us and are very kind. I highly recommend ☺️

Such a great guesthouse with lovely staff and comfortable rooms! The room had heating and we could sleep well as it was very quiet. Definitely recommended

His passion for helping guests shines through, and by the end, it felt like staying with a friend, not just a host. Lovely hostel with very friendly staff that speak good English and a good selection of beers.

I got scabies from my stay here. The place is unclean and looks nothing like the pictures, the pictures are 10 years old. Someone smoked inside of the room too.

The staff members are very helpful and friendly. The shower makes the entire washroom wet which I didn’t like but that’s just me. The young pretty lady and Loonie are so helpful, it was our first time in China and they helped us a lot with the process of Alipay and finding surrounding areas. Also met a very nice and friendly lady Penny. The boss is also very friendly. Thank you!

Good location, very basic accommodation

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Really kind and loving!! Can only recommend this place when staying in Guilin!!
