When I arrived, they tried making me pay more or cancelling my booking as I do not have a Chinese passport, and wouldn't give me a reason why. This is a first for m, felt very scummy of them. After enough arguing and standing around, and threatening to go elsewhere, they let me stay at the rate payed for on Travel.com. The room was very very dirty/neglected, dead cockroaches, and some living ones, just out on the bathroom counter or floors along the walls. On Bedding was clean and comfy, and a 2 min walk away from the metro, so that was nice. Although there is nothing in the surrounding area. Soap and shampoo provided were quite nice.

Extremely cheap and new, right next to the metro station one stop away from the bullet train station of Guangzhounan. Room was quite smelly but it's more the fault of the other residents than that of the hotel itself. Arrived at midnight and had to wake the guy up at reception to be able to enter the room, he did not give me a keycard nor the code to enter so I couldn't leave without getting locked out. However I think he'd have been more helpful if I didn't completely obliterate his sleep pattern, you'll be fine if you arrive in daylight hours :)

This is a small flat crowded with 6 bunk beds. You have a filthy kitchen with cockroaches crawling in between discarded food and your luggage and the 30 luggage’s of the Chinese girls that permanently live there. The bathroom is filthy, you have to shower on top of the latrine (no proper toilet). Beds are rock hard. It’s one subway stop away from railway station in an old dirty building. I do not reccomend.

Cheap hostel but over crowded. Went arrived there ain't any female bed. Was put with the boys. They were quite awkward with me there.

25th floor room number 2525 this most important, you can go tallest building over there behind the shop. This hostel is 1.5km from Guangzhou South Railway Station but before railway station have a metro station close to hostel , hostel owner very impressive. But if you are foreign maybe you feel like this place have inhabited, no crowd,no market,no street but one good thing if want living long time this hostel very cheapest. Hostel on 25th floor,but hostel recipients living on 7th floor and address also very difficult, you not find easily. On 25th floor no mention address over there. You just go backside of all shop and there is a lift and ask them. But at night is very difficult 😞 you can follow my guides it’s very simple you can go on room number 2525 and all set

It is a decent place. Not social. But clean and quiet. The location is less than ideal as you are far from the city centre.

Loved it! Great, clean room. Very nice and friendly people, but not noisy at night. Easy checkin process. Good location, near a subway. Great washing facilities too.

It’s hard to find if you are foreigner and it’s your first visit to China, I can recommend you to write the owner in WeChat. Location is pretty good, really close by subway.
