Park Central

Nice love this place will definitely come back next time , close to everything

Our room is very spacious, have the wardrobe to partition the room. We have our own privacy when travelling with friends.

The hotel is in great location, near Times square, Central park, Fifth avenue and more. The room was big and conveniant, clean and nice. There is one issue. We forgot something important to our dauther in the room and I wrote email to hotel service about it. I did not get any answer until now, and this is disappointing. I expect more from hotel that respect itself.

The location is very good, the staffs were nice. However, the facility was fair! No disposables slippers , no paper cup for hot water. Only plastic cup not suitable for hot water

The first room we checked in had a stinky smell. We requested and were assigned another room. The second room did not smell but had a bathroom with a door and light switch that could not function properly. We then requested for cancellation and refund further 2nd and 3rd nights, but were rejected by the hotel. The overall impression was below expectations.

The AC didn’t work and smelled musty. Couldn’t change the room as it was fully booked. Staff was not helpful at all. Location was amazing tho.

Showers are stuck for both rooms that I stayed in. Hotel is very understaffed

A/C didn’t work  Lobbby bar closed Sunday and Monday  No refrigerator in room  Toilets in Lobby mostly out of order When lobby bar was open music too loud

Biggest problem is the Elevator, extremely slow , very hot…combined with another hotel so from the gym sometimes you cant even get the correct one to come. No water at the room and no mini bar so even buying something and keep it cold in room is impossible. Staff is very kind and thats the only plus in the entire place. Wont repeat 🙏🏻
