Room is big and nice, provided all the necessary amenities ,free breakfast is not too bad , there is also free shuttle bus from Airport T2 to hotel . Service is good however on the check out day the toilet bowl was chocked, unable to flush .

Room looks good but if you check in details will see the dust and rubbish beside the bed. One plus point is there is mud night supper service where the chef is stanby after 10pm to serve hot noodle. Free shutle bus service, front desk is helpful as she helped me to carry the luggage to keep in the shuttle bus as i was holding kids with me.

Super attentive staff. Airport transfers included, 10 mins away from the airport. Very good breakfast.

Overall good standard, clean and close to the airport. We left at 3 am, so it was convenient that the hotel offers a shuttle connection every hour to the Airport Terminals.

The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, and the staff is warm and thoughtful, especially "Lucy".She told me what time I should be at the airport, helped me carry my luggage to my room, and enthusiastically told me about the hotel meal.

Well located near to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, good for late night arrival or early departure. Decent breakfast spread, clean and decent size modern rooms and even provide a bowl of noodles each for supper! Airport pickup and drop off shuttle is another benefit suited for travelers!

Close to airport, free shuttle bus for transfers to and from airport. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and late night noodles were delicious and appreciated. Spacious room with a fridge, hair dryer, plentiful of power points, and usb charging points. Laundry room with washing machines and dryer. Would prefer a shower room with more shelving to hang towels and clothings.

I had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional airport hotel, conveniently located near Guangzhou International Airport. The staff were extremely friendly, and the interior amenities were impressive. The unlimited three-meal food option was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

Big room and good service. Front desk packed all my parcel before I check in hotel. The Staff offered to send our luggage to room when they saw our big luggage. We enjoy the short stay in this hotel. However, it is a bit far from airport, takes 15mins to airport. Don’t have chance to eat dinner due to our flight is early morning but they prepare breakfast for us to take to airport. My mom asked for extra eggs, they fulfil our request immediately. Forget to take pictures of the hotel. Here is my favourite restaurant in GZ. The porridge hotpot restaurant.

Free transport provided for Canton Fair and Airport. Rooms are very modern and cozy. Breakfast was very nice with lot of options. Laundry room, Gym and free basic dinner was an added benefit.

It basically fulfilled all the needs, can get universal adapter from them! Shout out to the laundry room😂 their bed is clean as well. Nice food served for supper and breakfast

The room we booked with 2 double bed. Clean and comfortable and with full amenities. My family liked it. We only stay one night and satisfied.

My wife and I are elderly travelers. We had an excellent stay at this hotel on 23 April 2025. The room was very clean and everything was working. The free high tea was very appetizing, and the breakfast was very good. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, but I need to make a special mention on Ms. Huo Lijie (霍理杰) the Customer service manager. As I did not have a China telephone number, I was unable to communicate directly with the shuttle bus driver for picking me up at the airport. Ms. Huo helped me set up the WeChat app. It was very useful when I returned from town by Metro at the airport terminal. And I was most impressed when Ms. Huo rolled our two luggage to the bus without being asked when we were leaving for the airport. It was excellent service for elderly folks like us, and we appreciate it very much. Thank you, Ms. Huo. Hope you can read my review. I was the old man who took a picture of your name tag.
