Good hotel. Good restaurant and coffee shop. Bar could have been better. Rooms have a good city view

I had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida on December 15th. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Vivek at the front office handled my check-in with great efficiency, making me feel welcome while providing detailed insights about the property and its offerings. During my checkout, Yashodhara ensured the process was seamless, quick, and effortless. She was extremely helpful, well-informed, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the property details, outlets, and their unique specialties, leaving me thoroughly impressed. Great warm welcome from all the staff. Hotel is really clean and spacious. Rooms are large and comfortable with large bathrooms Hotel amenities very good. Full breakfast offered and great cross section of food. Hot and cold offerings caters for both east and western cultures.

From the moment I arrived at Crowne Plaza Surajpur , I knew I was in for a treat. The concierge greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making check-in effortless. The lobby is a stunning blend of modern elegance and luxurious comfort, setting the tone for the entire stay. My room was absolutely perfect. Spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with every amenity I could imagine—from plush bedding to a state-of-the-art entertainment system. The view from my window was breathtaking, overlooking the city skyline. The hotel’s service was impeccable. Every staff member, from the housekeeping team to the restaurant staff, went above and beyond to ensure I felt like a VIP. Special shoutout to the restaurant for offering an incredible breakfast spread, and to the spa for providing a relaxing retreat with the best massages I’ve ever had. This is the worst property I have ever stayed. Room service, food , taste every thing is pathetic. Never ever recommend/ suggest this hotel. After calling six times to room service I got water in my room and the staff is so careless. This property is a black spot for IHG

Lovely hotel- the staff was amazing, the food was top notch, the hotel was beautiful and clean and Amjad at the Indian Handmade Heritage shop was a delight- so kind and helpful and suggested the best gifts to take home to my family since I never had the time to go to a market. Absolutely perfect experience at this world class hotel.

I have visited this place to attend a marriage function and like this so much. one of the best hotels and banquet i have ever visited. The entry, parking area and decoration, everything was perfect. i could not spend much time however really loved this place.
