Good stay. Near to Muslim restaurant, convenient store, etc. 20-30mins to get to top of Genting. Have to checkin at Maple then head to designated parking lot at the back. Room is easily accessible directly from parking, no need to change lift. Clean and complete facilities. It is like a 2 bedroom house with kitchen, microwave, fridge. Pool is big but its freezing cold. There is playground for kids. We book room with 3 breakfast and it was handwritten on our breakfast voucher. Unfortunately the cafe’s manager said it is designed for 2 pax breakfast only but he half heartedly allow us for 3 pax breakfast since it was written for 3 on the voucher. Menu not variety, only have nasi lemak, fried maggi, sausage, nugget and vege popia. But it is okay for quick breakfast. Nasi lemak and sambal is delicious. Overall a good stay.

Easy to check in. Have a designated parking space. Just that the is RM200 deposit per room, you might have to be ready with cash or card for the deposit.

Repeated customer here. Been here for 5 times i think. The best deal we had at Trip.com. Room was spacious and clean, washroom was spotless. Wifi was smooth. Everything was perfect. Only for the cold water in the swimming pool this time. Last time was warm. Thanks for the great accomodation. Will definitely come again.

Great place! Appreciate the free parking access. The balcony and the view overlooking the hill and streets are also wonderful in the morning. Spacious place and very clean. Would definitely return.

(+) The check-in process is quiet fast. Need to deposit RM200 in cash. The room is spacious, and the kitchen set is super complete. Location is not too far from Genting Skyworlds, 10 mins driving. Surrounded by many food, stores n supermarket, and they're open until midnite. (-) We cannot drop-off at the main lobby, so we need to get a short walk. The room smell is not too good, especially the bathroom (don't know why), so better always turn on the AC to help minimize the smell and buy some air freshener if possible. The furniture n interior lack of maintenance. No water supplies at all. Grab Car sometimes are very hard to find, but u can also try In-Drive.

Good location, easy to move, quiet surrounding area, suitable for vacation. Below is a small food court where you can eat and drink. Everything is very good.

This time we got the corner apartment, but it was so annoying because you can hear all car and motor sound

We has a chance to stay for 1 night here. Overall good value to stay in Genting very convenience if you drive or ride to Genting. We stayed at 11th floor but still very noisy down from the road at night.

Great location. Plenty of food nearby. Fast check in and check out process. Free carpark. Apartment is neat and tidy. Found 2 roaches during my stay. 1 toilet have foul sewage smell. Will return for if visiting Genting.

Overall had a wonderful stay, not the best but it’s good enough for a short staycation, took king balcony studio, unfortunately is low floor, view blocked by 3 buildings. Toilet sink is clog and smells, but just 2nights so I didn’t care much. Recommendations to add some towel rail and hooks in the toilet, no place to put towel and dirty clothes.

Actual place was just like as shown in the photos. Only issue was the TV channels kept resetting and sometimes no signal. Would be good to have some glasses in the kitchen

Pros: Great value for money. Good location. Lots of storage and amenities provided within the unit Great Mountain View Cons: Bathroom drained was clogged, and had sewage smell coming. Bed sheet had some brown stains Kitchen sink had some smell too Wasn’t informed in advance that a RM200 deposit was required Summary: I will return again for my next trip Paying a cup of Genting Starbucks coffee feels more expensive than paying for this unit. It’s definitely worth it despite the issues.
