Clean and Supportive staff

The hotel room is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. In terms of location, it’s few minutes walk from the bus and tram station, as well as next to a supermarket. The down side is although there is lift, you have to walk half floor of stairs to reach the reception or the room which is a bit weird and inconvenient with luggage.

Good room and bed i not that comfortable... we got additional duvet to top up. The £1 taken to guarantee card has not yet been returned .

If you can get over the odd lay out and outside aesthetic, the OX Manchester is great. The staff are nice and approachable, the room is nice and the bathrooms are clean and new. Breakfast is great and the dining area is set up well. OX Manchester is also close to Metro link which makes it ideal if you don’t want to drive further into the city.

The hotel's hot water is unreliable, and the accommodation environment feels very uncomfortable. The only advantage is that it's cheap.

It was passable, free parking and nice room, although the AC didn’t seem to work so at night I was freezing.

Gr8 all round but shower did not release cold water, had it fixed had a shower next time same problem

While the overall experience is positive, there are a few areas for improvement. The location is somewhat inconvenient, being relatively far from the city center. The space is rather compact, and the facilities are quite basic. Despite these limitations, the core quality remains satisfactory

The facilities were old and dirty. There was an unpleasant smell across the whole room.

Great location. Rooms are ok but a bit dated. Heating was great though in the cold weather

the bed linen was clean which is the most important thing for me. the room was cool. the breakfast was ok, the room looked pretty old. overall, an average hotel
