Very large room. The double queens can easily fit 4, while I only have two people. Staff was nice making the check in process very smooth and easy.

Friendly front desk staff. Bed was good. Breakfast( to the extent HI Express breakfast can be good) was good. The huge negative was being by the expressway. Disappointing they did not put more into soundproofing the rooms on that side. Even with A/C fan on high could not overcome the road noise. To make it worse the lighting over the pool could light up a stadium and my curtains would not draw all the way across the window. Needless to say, I did not get a good night's sleep.

I had read some pretty unfavorable reviews on this property, but it still sounded worth trying and I am pleased to say it was a great stay! The front desk night manager Neerag was friendly, helpful and kind. And all of the staff we encountered were as well. This hotel was clean, well kept, had a the traditional HI Express breakfast that was nice,and hot. Tho I didn't use the pool or exercise room, I stopped by and they both looked great. It was quiet, the AC worked just right (room 322), and maid service was perfect. This was a great find, well priced, and I'd stay again. Thank you!

Hotel location is very convenient. Room was nice and clean. Outdoor pool was disgusting. It was green with brown debris floating in it. It was marketed as a sparkling outdoor pool. It was not! We were so disappointed as it was supposed to be a cool off after a hot day of activities.

While this hotel is working to better themselves with new staff and management, training staff is still needed. I will Say that staff is friendly and the maintenance guy works hard to keep things looking new since the hotel Was recently renovated. The hotel has great access to major roads to get you anywhere you need to go.

The hotel is great and the staff members are amazing and polite. Management group they are so flexible and they will do whatever they can to accommodate the needs of the guests. Highly recommended.

I called ahead to see if I could check in a little early (1:30). I was told I could, but I would be charged $40. I thought that was Ridiculous! I asked why because I have checked in early at other HIX and this has never been the case. I then asked that if I don’t check in, could I still use the pool. Nope! Something about insurance, Blah, blah, blah. Once I get my room, I immediately realize the toilet doesn’t flush. I go to the room phone to call the front desk and the Phone isn’t working! I had to change rooms. I finally get to the pool only to find that it’s FILTHY!!! Bugs everywhere! I know I’m not an employee, but I looked for a skimmer and there wasn’t one. I would NOT recommend this “hotel”. The WORST Holiday Inn Express I have ever experienced!!! It is independently owned. Horrible!!! The only reason I give 1 star is because the front desk was friendly.
