Hotel Barchetta Excelsior anmeldelser

We stayed three nights in a room advertised for lake view. The actual view is half blocked by a tree. This is very disappointing considering the images at the website. There was a huge bug on bed sheets and blonde hair noted on towels before we started using them. Lastly the hairdryer was broken. After I requested the hairdryer to be replaced, even though the reception staff said they would do it, it just never happened. Air conditioning was unable to be adjusted and the room gets freezing in the evenings. Overall, it was the worst experiences I have had during my three weeks of travelling in Italy. It was a huge disappointment.

Room is normal standard but really clean I love it Water tap are clear & fast But the view is absolutely unbelievable it's beautiful day & night I love this hotel compare other 4 star hotel because here has big balcony ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice and considerate staff, kudos to the lady at the front desk who is named Nives. The service is always available, the location is conveniently located. Despite the fact that i had some misgivings regarding the smell of the room (it is okay, but heavily scented somewhat with cleaning products; a pleasant smell of course i can live with but prefer to not have smelled at all), the view here is amazing. Would recommend again for someone who is trying to stay at lake como, a value choice.

A nice hotel overall with excellent service, and a great breakfast. Although we didn't try the bistro, it looks very promising. The building is old and outdated however, and beside noisy plumbing, it's not a big issue.

Super location overlooking the lake. Close to everything. Check in staff very professional and friendly. Spotless clean. We have a room with balcony straight viewing the lake. We all love it. Breakfast area was comfortable. The best hotel service we can expect.

位置非常好，湖景美麗，早餐也不錯，這個酒店距離Como lago站近，距離另一個站Como S. Giovanni遠，米蘭過來買火車票的時候注意一下； 距離大教堂商業區和湖區碼頭都很近，方便坐船跳島遊；早餐也不錯

Hervorragende Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal.

最滿意的是位置，碼頭就在酒店對面過馬路就是。房間一般吧，早餐尚可，蔬菜衹有黃瓜西紅柿，水果好幾種但獼猴桃都不熟，又酸又硬。三天都如此。

之前猶豫半天選定了這家，多加了50歐換成了湖景房，意大利酒店一般都老舊，這家雖然比較老，但設施房間感覺還是比較新的，住的很舒適，早餐也很好吃，下次可以放心訂這家。

酒店位置很好，離碼頭很近。房間很寬敞，還給升級到湖景房，滿意。
