The service was from the 60th: Only on Sundays Breakfast with a little larger buffet. The rest of the week, we had to wait long - even for tost. The toaster was not properly working, i told them, but they did not change anything. We booked a room for 3, but there were only water bottles and towels for 2. At the reception they didn‘t help. „We tell it to the room service tomorrow.“ For a bottle of water??? Extremely expensive. Very bad WI-FI in the room. They knew as I found out, but did‘t even say. Sorry, but it looks like they are owned by an investor and nobody there is interested in the happiness of the guests. We left one day earlier and the first didn‘t want to refund. Only when I told them their own 72h-rule the did - but very complicated - I had to find somebody with a Mexican bank account.
