Nestled in the heart of Baileys Trails, our three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is a cyclist's dream, located mere steps from numerous trailheads. It promises an unforgettable escape with its cozy ambiance and a fire pit for evening gatherings. Whether you're seeking thrilling bike trails or a peaceful retreat, our cabin offers the perfect base for adventure and relaxation. Perfect for those eager to explore or unwind.The house sits on six acres. The yard is shared with camping spots for tents and small RVs and a communal fire pit about 75 feet from the house.Guest access is limited to the house space, and the unfinished basement is locked and off-limits. You can use the glass patio room for bike storage, etc. If you are staying long-term, we do have laundry machines in the basement and may be able to give you access upon request.The house has no TV, little mobile access, but we share a Star-Link wifi with Bentons on the Baileys. This access is ok for streaming music and phone calls, but please do not stream video. Our co-hosts are almost always available right next door and offer firewood for $7/bundle and farm-fresh eggs for $5/dozen.There is a rudimentary patio room for storing bikes out of the rain. You can enjoy the quite and secluded space as a single occupancy cabin with your people. Parking at the cabin requires 4WD/AWD.
