Missed the simple things like a bath mat, a non slip mat to use while showering and drinking glasses available in the room.
Bed was okay, a little creaky and “well used”

Great location, caring staff, plenty to see and do. Right in the city centre, close to all the night life and a few minutes walk to the beutifull sea front and beach

Honestly the customer service was above and beyond! Katrina and Jas really made the stay worth it, going to high measures to ensure my family’s and i’s stay was perfect. Katrina gave brilliant advice on recommending where to go in the local area as we haven’t visited Swansea before, and gave excellent reviews on local pubs and sights to go see. She was also so helpful with the hotel and helping us navigate our way around, truly a brilliant experience and will be returning thanks to Katrina and Jas!!!

This hotel was brilliant, we wanted a cheap place to sleep and have a winter wonderland night out, it was right opposite the hotel, took minutes to walk, staff were lovely, and helpful, they also kept us stocked up on hot drinks while the parade was on, great view from hotel, and it was clean and lovely staff. They all worked so hard

Room needed airing. Only half a toilet roll provided. Breakfast was average at best. The coffee from the machine was awful, very cheap tasting. The staff were all excellent.

We booked a double room and was given a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds no room to move and cramped space not suitable for a person with bad eye sight , no bin in the bathroom had to take used sanitary products with us,

Lovely room, very quiet and with good rest. Within walking distance of almost anything in central Swansea, including 10 minute walk to the train station. Used as a base for a gig on the weekend and couldn’t ask for more in terms of room comfort and location
