We managed to leave our luggage at 12 before check in and also for a couple of hours after check out. It was very lovely amd the position was right next to the beach and very close to Palais des Cinemas.

Great location, not so great rooms. If you don’t mind taking steps to level 3 (no lift there) and don’t care about the decor, it’s ok. Not sure if it’s operator (my) fault, but I failed to drain the water from the bath, so no bath for another person was avail.. There is no breakfast on the offer. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to everything - beach, shops, train station.

Wonderful stay, the place is right next to the beach. Paid 60 Euros odd for the stay, after booking only 2 hrs before arrival, could not have asked for better ones. I and my wife are very happy with the assistance from the staff as well, they spoke in English and helped in checking in without anyone being there, as we arrived late. The building is secure and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and pubs. The room was quite compact but also comfortable, and has good ventilation, fresh air and access to natural lights, given the locality and budget, nothing more you can expect. Great for couples.

沒有電梯，前台一個男的好熱情，幫我們搬行李🧳態度也很好，近海邊，走到海邊衹有100米。我們訂的四人間房間很大。

Déception total pour cet hôtel , demandé vu sur mer , il faut ce penché pour voir la mer !! Pas d,accueil à l’arrivé , il faut téléphone pour avoir le code de la porte. Pas de place devant l’entrée de l’hôtel pour décharger les bagages , il faut trouver un parking payant Vinci . Clim fonctionnelle au premier étage mais pas au dessus . Chambre au 2e , pas d’ascenseur, chambre insalubre , moquette taché , sdb a refaire avec trou au plafond . Baignoire vétuste . Clim en panne dans la chambre . Fenêtre ouverte du fait de la chaleur , rue très bruyante avec terrasse en bas ´ jusqu’à tard dans la nuit . Le petit dej annonce sur site à 9€ et au moment de réserve c’est passé à 10€50 !!!!! Personnel incompétente le lendemain matin à l’accueil , incapable de répondre . Hôtel à rénové urgemment et formation à faire pour le personnel .

The staff and manager are the most inhuman people. Do not stay here. This hotel should be banned and closed down. I cancelled booking due to Covid and cancelled five days before arrival date. One day after of cancellation period due to being very sick. I called several times requesting one night cancellation charge. They point blank refused and charged me a fortune for seven nights. I called the manager to explain that surely after covid the world is more sympathetic. She put the phone down. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

If you like sleeping in a Hot Not Airconditioned Closet, book this!! Most Horrific Experience we’ve Encountered in 20 Years, Staff NOT listening about complaint of Aircon not working, AND not doing anything about it. Worst Place to Choose in Cannes!!! We left early because it was NOT doable they Charged me for nothing!!

Hôtel très bien placé, la chambre est petite, la vue pas top, très calme, l' accueil est très agréable, la literie très bien, il y a la télé,très jolie plage, balades à faire, le palais du festival est proche, quelques visites à faire aux alentours

Nota positiva assolutamente la posizione, attaccato alla Croisette. Per il resto non ci tornerei: odore forte e acre già all'ingresso, camera piccolissima in cui ci stava solamente il letto (non riuscivo nemmeno ad aprire la valigia se non davanti alla porta d'ingresso), vista della camera su altre facciate di condomini, bagno invivibile water poco funzionale, lavabo piccolissimo era difficile perfino lavarsi i denti e doccia/vasca con problemi di scarico, l'acqua scendeva con difficoltà il mio compagno che ha fatto la doccia dopo di me si è lavato con l'acqua che io avevo utilizzato prima per me, che gli arrivava sopra le caviglie. Non mi aspettavo sicuramente di soggiornare in un hotel di lusso, ma nessuno in un hotel così scarso considerando che comunque per una notte senza colazione abbiamo pagato 90.80€ , sarà poco per una notte a Cannes ma nemmeno giusto per avere questa "qualità". Due stelle per la posizione.

Je viens par le présent e-mail faire une réclamation au sujet du non respect et du mauvais comportement du lifeguard de la plage a l'égard de la clientèle résidante a votre hôtel. En effet, ce dernier a retiré sans préavis les transats occupés par ma famille pour les donner a d'autres clients Je vous informe qu'après avoir effectuer une réclamation, ce monsieur a justifie ces actes par le fait que ce sont les directives de la direction! Je juge que ce genre de comprtement nuit a votre clientèle et a votre image de marque J'aimerais bien avoir une réponse de votre part sur ce qui a été dit précédemment.
